Good time tracking service for attorneys
What do you like best about the product?
The service is user friendly and very easy to use to input and track time on individual matters
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to track total time spent on individual matters. THis functional may be present and I just do not have access to it in the plan to which my firm has subscribed but having this functionality would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apply time spent on matters for billing purposes. This enables time spent to be accurately applied to matters so that this time is properly captured and billed to clients.

Simple and complex at the same time
What do you like best about the product?
Weekly time entry has great user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding columns is weird. The home page is super confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time booking by project. Understand overspend and underspend by project.
Solid timekeeping software
What do you like best about the product?
It has a convenient layout, easy to use, fast website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ebility has occasional downtimes, which can make it difficult to complete urgent tasks at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the difficulty in keeping track of various times for accurate billing. The benefits are that I can input my time quickly and move on to other tasks.
Relatively easy to log time, slight issues with saving entries occasionally

The ability to add classes for further segmentation of time.

Running reports, errors with selecting clients

Segmenting billable hours to individual clients and projects.
Time tracker- Keeping track of your hours made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Time tracker has an easy to navigate and access a drop down weekly time sheet. It's pretty self expanitory.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I needed to add mileage for billing, it took me a while to find it. I finally realized that I had to create an expense first to then see the drop down options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it helps me keep organized and keep track of my hours. I also like the little automatic reminders to update or submit the billing that it sends out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Time Tracker by eBillity is a tool that is easy to use and navigate for even the least computer savy workers. I have enjoyed using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detail it provides me on time invested in a particular task. Vertical and horizontal timeline are really detailed
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little more friendly. Option of picking up previous activity from any week can be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides detailed insigns into weekly activities and work. It helps me review my weekly work and thus function effectively in coming weeks
Great, easy-to-use time tracking program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's straight-forward and easy to use, without a lot of extraneous bells and whistles, but that it still allows enough customization to maintain a detailed account of your billable hours. I think it's a great program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an auto-fill feature for the billable rate drop-down, as I always select the same item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to closely account for our billable hours to assess our profitability, as we usually charge a fixed fee. Having the historical records of billable hour averages per project type really helps us fine-tune new contracts.

I have been pleased with this program. You should strongly consider Time Tracker when looking for an hour tracking app
Good but needs some work with QBO /QB Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new upgraded platform. Great for professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software integration with desktop QB is tedious and not worthwhile. Quickbooks desktop is a major software and I would think that as banks can have very simple uploading, so too can this software.

The ability to have individualized billing per client.
Reliable Time Tracking - Good For Many Individual Projects & Client Billing
What do you like best about the product?
There are many data fields to add detail and notes to your noted time and projects. It allows you to be very specific in both time and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, it can be a bit confusing to use. It has a slight learning curve, but that is easily passed once used for a few projects / a good bit of tracking your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can clock my time and various projects accurately, without having to go to my manager to constantly update them where I stand. They can use tools on their end to pull time spent, remaining billable time, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to click around to learn what you can do in each area, page, or entry field.
Efficient HR Staff Time tool
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I had a great experience with Time Tracker. It is a very easy tool to keep track of staff time and understand workloads, etc. It makes logging in hours so easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it takes a little long to save, or that sometimes it does not save when you are navigating back and forth the different weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merely putting in my hours so we can bill clients accordingly.
