I dislike when entries have been deleted for no reason and without explanation;
The newer platform/dashboard can be a bit confusing and time-consuming to navigate

Good and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
Great software to keep track of billings, many features to use and is quick to learn.

Sometimes it does glitch out when doing timesheets

Time Tracker by eBillity meets and exceeds our expectation

Staff are forced to complete their weekly time charges and the review process is enhanced

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, both for time entry/tracking, and report generation. I use it not only on my laptop, but also on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does contain some features that I don't need or make use of, but that I'm sure serve s purpose for other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course, the biggest solve is that of tracking my day's activities. Prior to Time Tracker, our office used Excel. As our company grew, we needed a better way to handle this. Time Tracker has been affordable and a time saver.
Very Valuable Tool in our practise
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add billable time from either Outlook Mac/Windows or even through the small desktop apps. Also love the hands-off sync to Quickbooks Online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to bill within the email send box (instead of having to do the extra step of going to the sent folder to bill tracked time). We are using an older Mac desktop app and would love to see this updated. Also would love to see the ability for the Outlook Time Tracker to capture from any folder (currently only inbox and sent folders).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to be able to record billable time while not having to leave Outlook as well as the ability to record time without having to open the Quickbooks

The Timer interface is clean and legible

The interface can feel clunky at times, I guess when traffic volumes are high.

Time allocated to clients vs time allocated internally

Wish it would save even if you didn't put in a service item.

You can enter time, but that's about it.

1. The inability to associate projects with team members.

Very few.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look elsewhere. TT is slow to implement interface updates and not easy to use.
