What do you like best about the product?
The ease it is to fill in time on a weekly basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not a huge deal breaker, but i dislike that it does not have the ability to enter start and end times for time entered

What do you like best about the product?
A great way to track all time. We had no idea how much time was not allocated for/not being billed. This is also a great way to create very detailed, tasks specific detail for invoices. eBillity exports all data directly to QuickBooks making our month-to-month invoicing a breeze!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new interface and that this question errored out unless I typed a lot I almost gave up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our time directly to our invoices by line item. Saves time!
TimeTracker is a robust and affordable timekeeping option for small law firms!
What do you like best about the product?
TimeTracker allows my firm to keep time efficiently in the workplace and on the go for an affordable pricepoint. The invoice and billing features are intuitive as well. Highly recommend.

I don't have any major complaints. Thusfar the product has delivered as advertised.

Keeping time while my coworkers are spread across the country.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! It's pretty easy to get started and once you're in I think you'll find that it's not worth paying twice the money for the same features you can get from TimeTracker.

What do you like best about the product?
Minimal typing required. Clear layout. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little slow and descriptions don't transfer from one week to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has fast, easy, accurate time tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to read, auto-complete, can add lines for job entries easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the process of editing hours in each field. If you click too many times, it opens up a window. If you want to change 1.00 to 1.25, it acts weird and only replaces one number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging time for each project is accomplished. This helps us track overhead ours vs. billable hours.

What do you like best about the product?
The email reminders sent each week are a real life saver for me. I try to put reminders for myself on my calendar, but somehow the emails have been more helpful in reminding me to actually submit my hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not anything I can think of. It was easy to use from day one!

Clearly denoting where staff's time should be billed to.
Good connectivity with Quickbooks and Windows but lacking in other areas
What do you like best about the product?
eBillity allows me to access my client's billing system. My client manages the administrative work of setting up the billing codes and billable rates behind the scene. It syncs with their Quickbooks system seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
eBillity does not work well with macOS, other automation tools, or time trackers that I prefer. I did try to set up Zapier, but it did not work as expected and was spotty at best. Like my peers, I end up spending hours each month on the repetitive data entry work manually. I would avoid eBillity if I had a choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eBillity as requested by my client to record and share billable hours with them and help them convert the data into Quickbooks. It helps me maintain my relationship with my client.
