Great presentations and community building
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and accuracy. They are also very helpful when reaching out for questions
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, but excited for new AI capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offers a standardized platform of experimentation
All we need for experimentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Statsig is so much more than just an A/B testing tool. Having feature flags, a parameter store, and experimentation all in one platform is incredibly versatile and has simplified our workflow immensely. On top of a great product, their support team is consistently fast and resolutive whenever we need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience has been very positive, one area for improvement is the implementation of user stitching. The feature itself is powerful and works well once configured, but we found the setup process to be quite complex. It requires specific technical knowledge that wasn't fully covered in the documentation, which created some initial hurdles for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig's primary benefit to us is solving the critical problem of experiment collision, which was a major bottleneck that slowed down our product development. By using its powerful 'Layers' feature, we can now confidently run multiple, potentially conflicting, A/B tests in parallel on the same user surface without any risk of them interfering with each other. We have precise control to split traffic between these simultaneous experiments, which not only guarantees the integrity and trustworthiness of our results but also empowers our teams to test and learn much faster instead of waiting in a queue. This has dramatically increased our overall testing velocity and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
Technically Great
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the technicality of the platform. It's easy to learn, hard to master for someone like myself—only around 30% technical in my day to day. There are plenty of features and statistical rigor.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, the technicality can be a bit unsettling to someone who doesn't have any technical background. The average marketer might not vibe with the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
URL Splits and WYSIWYG editor for website testing.
Great powerful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Really impressed with the power it has for leveling up our experimentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s so powerful it can be confusing for a not-incredibly-technical person. I feel like I could get a lot more out of it but don’t have the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run experiments with new features and test things in our mobile apps. Now we’re starting to test on our marketing website for landing page tests.
A easy to use tool for beginner
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user of statsig, I quickly caught on how to use this tool. The design of the interface was really self explanatory and it was simple for me to learn all of the functionalities and features. When my team did need help with quirks in our integration, customer support has been incredibly helpful in hopping on a call with us and aiding us in a solution with usually a quick turnaround time of a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy using the dashboard feature on statsig and I would like to see more features for this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting A/B tests on our users for different features on our application and Statsig allows us the capability to do. We also can see how metrics are constantly fluctuating over time.
It is a powerful experimentation platform that enables teams to run reliable feature tests.
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig offers a unified platform for engineers to easily add metrics, flags, configurations, and experiments without complex setup or additional infrastructure. The in-built observability tools are great and provide real-time insights, enabling engineers to monitor application/experiment performance and product impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor downside, but there is a noticeable delay between real-time events and when they become available for advanced filtering in dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very straightforward setup for dynamic configs, flags and experiments.
Great advantaged statistical tool for scaling experimentation
What do you like best about the product?
StatSig was crucial in us scaling our experimentation efforts at Attentive in a short amount of time, while ensuring that all our experiments followed the best practices outlined by our Data Science team. We knew we could reliably trust the metrics and results we saw in the dashboard. The ease of use is incredible and the Slack channel customer support is very fast to respond and address issues as they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Wish there was custom alerting
- Could use more robust experiment analytical tools available. Even better would be automatically generated insights. The industry is moving in this direction, so I would be surprised if StatSig didn't already have a plan to get there :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling & standardizing experimentation
Experimentation and Segments on Statsig
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straight forward the experimentation visualizations are. Starting and shipping an experiment is very straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some small ways that experiment setup can be improved. For example, when adding photos to variant descriptions, I'd like to be able to copy and paste photos or use a link. Another example is copying and pasting primary and secondary metrics.
For segments: when reviewing changes, it's hard to tell what is changed when looking at the diff
For segments: when reviewing changes, it's hard to tell what is changed when looking at the diff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feature gating for new products that are not completely built, easy A/B testing especially as a growth engineer
Great platform for product experimentation!
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool, would recommend to anyone (and have introduced it at multiple orgs I've been at). Makes quick experimentation & iteration possible and helps you uncover metric movement that you might not have expected. They also have great support which makes it easy to work through problems that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Dashboard functionality has limitations, feels like this product is still WIP in some places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig is solving the problem of product experimentation. This benefits me because experimentation is key to our growth-hacking strategy. The more easily we can experiment, the more quickly we can hack growth.
Statsig gives great insights and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig has an SDK that implements everything easily and efficiently. They also have great customer response times. They have better tracking and experimentation than their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a little opinionated which ends up causing a bit of rework to re-setup experiments if not done correctly the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can experiment on a per-user basis as well as manage rollouts of features.
