Statsig experience is generally good but too flexible to start
What do you like best about the product?
I love the elegant and intuitive UI, especially the targeting rules. The diagnostic is comprehensive, very helpful to debug the experiment, especially the exposure event logs.
Generally, the product experimentation experience is very good and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an SAAS, it’s good to provide flexible options. Based on SDK documents, I learned many terms like Dynamic Configs, Parameter Store, and Experiment Parameters. To be honest, without proper case study for these concepts, it’s uneasy to really understand what they are and how to use, and sometimes feels overwhelming, and even don’t know where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage features and A/B/n experiments of the website, and analyze the impact of experiment variants. Statsig is a one-stop platform for management and analysis, so we don’t need to jump between different platforms or tools to finish the job. This is very productive.
Highly recommend Statsig as a simpel, yet powerful tool for data driven Product Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It was fairly easy to implement and has been a breeze to use. I can quickly set up experiments, get insights, and ship a decision with solid analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is I wish it were even easier for a non-dev to start experiments - like if I want to change copy or the location of a CTA - it'd be great if I could just manage that on my own with minimal coding.
That's not a dislike - just a desire!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily A/B testing - makes it easy to setup experiments and ship the right decision.
Statsig has a good net
What do you like best about the product?
It is very clean, we specifically wanted statsig for feature flags but it can do more and we are starting to explore it further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expansive, we already have other products that overlap with what statsig is doing so it would be nice to separate out different "packages" so that users don't have to pay for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily wanted feature flags and its very early but so far it has been going well.
Efficient, Scalable, and Statistically-Backed Experiments Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Statsig is its powerful statistical engine, it automatically handles calculations like p-values, confidence intervals, sequential testing and CUPED/CURE adjustments behind the scenes. This removes a lot of manual overhead and reduces the risk of errors.
I also really appreciate the use of templates. Once a template is set up, it's incredibly easy to reuse the setup for future experiments, saving a lot of time and ensuring consistency across teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major I dislike.
One suggestion, though: the default zooming in the results view can sometimes be limited, especially when one metric goes out of bounds relative to others. It would be great to have the ability to set a default zoom level per experiment, rather than having to manually zoom in/zoom out each time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps automate a lot of the manual work involved in experiment analysis, from calculating statistical significance to generating consistent reports. This has been a major time saver, allowing our team to focus more on interpreting results and making decisions rather than double-checking formulas or building custom dashboards.
Great product great support!
What do you like best about the product?
They have great support and are responsive in the community Slack.
The Statsig SDK and experimentation platforms work well and let you rapidly iterate on product decisions with confidence.

What do you dislike about the product?
Statsig is opinionated about how you run experiments in their platform. They are right, and are forcing you to do it the right way for good reasons. But it sort of makes it impossible to "just hack an experiment together really fast" which might be an approach some startups wish to take early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us progressively roll out features and gate features to specific segments of users. Gives us data on those segments.
Positive Experience with Statsig Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have had a really great experiencing conversing with members of Statsig in the support channel directly. They have a quick response time, care about making sure the issue is resolved, and have been effective at answering all my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Statsig was more proactive about feature releases and changelog communication. I have seen updates in Slack recently though so this is trending positively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig has allowed us to accelerate the velocity of our experimentation by providing us plug and play access with our data lake in order to unlock a host of experimentation related features such as scorecard, dimensional analysis, advanced filtering use cases, etc.
Statsig Review
What do you like best about the product?
We use statsig for tracking metrics, user sessions, and logs.
We also use some dashboard features including web analytics, product growth etc.
Feature management tools are also good (Feature gates for understanding the impact of planned roll outs) and dynamic configs as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
We deployed it for our nextjs application and I think it was just a little difficult setting up with having to track things like user interactions and things that were unique to our application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to track how our users were using our application, another really good thing that it does similar to sentry for us was tracking errors.
One of the things that was really impressive for us was error tracking with samples, it would give us things like the User Object for the error that was being tracked which was really impressive.
Another thing that we really like is weekly active users, unique users, seeing what pages are viewed the most by url.
All in all the major benefit that we've had with the platform comes from product analytics, but we plan to expand into more areas like session replays, data warehousing capabilities and more.

Very smooth and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and how user friendly the interface is. Reading results is very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to deep dive more easily in user dimension and be able to combine them with event dimensions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig is enabling me to AB test different website changes which allows me to make decisions based on their financial and conversion impact
Seamless Experimentation and Feature Management at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Statsig makes it to run experiments and roll out features with confidence. The setup is quick and developer-friendly, and the automatic analysis of experiment results saves a lot of manual effort. The real-time insights and robust metric tracking help us make data-driven decisions faster, which is crucial for delivering value to users quickly and safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Statsig is a powerful tool, there’s room for improvement in a few areas. The customization options for dashboards and reports could be more flexible to better fit different team needs. It would also be helpful to have deeper integrations with some analytics and data visualization tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps solve the challenge of confidently rolling out new features and understanding their real impact. By making it easy to run A/B tests and manage feature flags, it allows us to validate ideas quickly without risking user experience.
Overall, Statsig enables our team to move faster, make data-driven decisions, and deliver better products to users with less guesswork.

Empowered Our Whole Team to Experiment Faster and Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig has fundamentally transformed how we approach experimentation at Every.org. We’ve gone from a handful of tests to a culture where nearly everyone on our small team — not just engineers — can confidently run A/B tests. Features like cloning past experiments and built-in analytics make it easy to iterate, measure impact, and build momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't any major issues with the platform. The biggest hurdle has been onboarding non-engineers. While the platform itself is intuitive, the documentation is more geared toward engineering teams. For teammates outside of engineering it takes a little time working with one of our engineers to get to a place where they can fully self-serve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig solves two major problems for us: limited access to experimentation and slow iteration cycles. Before Statsig, only engineers could run A/B tests, which created bottlenecks and limited our ability to test ideas quickly. Now, cross-functional teammates — including product, design, and data — can confidently set up and interpret experiments, dramatically increasing our testing velocity. This has helped us make more informed decisions, reduce risk when shipping new features, and directly increase both signups and donations. Statsig has made experimentation a core part of our product culture, even as a small team.
