What do you like best about the product?
Since moving to StatSig we've significantly increased our experiment velocity. This is mainly due to the fast and easy experiment instrumentation, data signals integration and the fantastic and deep backed-in analytics. Our teams can make faster decisions in experiment with all the data they need and trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many new features (especially on the analytics side) that have been added that sometimes the connection across experiences in StatSig platform is not the most intuitive or user friendly. But they move fast so that's understandable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to run all types of experiments we need (including multi-arm bandit) and see the impact of our changes in near real time, including on users funnels!
Very intuitive tool, with an incredible team behind it providing top-notch support!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to use (very intuitive), comes with excellent customer support (the really answer very quick), and has a wide range of features all integrated into one platform — which really streamlines experimentation and analysis. The chat bot we have integrated in Slack is quite impressive, many time it provides a proper answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Statsig doesn’t currently offer a real-time metric debugger to see what’s being fired from our platforms. We’ve managed to work around this internally (easy on Web, and we enabled logging on the Native app), but having a built-in tool would be really helpful — especially for non-technical users who want to validate events without relying on engineering support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to understand how to interpret cohorts data, for instance, as I had never used that functionality before.

I like the rule setting, it was intuitive

We had to perform some workarounds but they were minor. Also i think UI could be cleaner, more polishe

Feature gating & experiments
My experience with Statsig was great so far! I think it is the best tool for feature flags!
What do you like best about the product?
I think that my favorite thing about statsig is that it is really easy to use and beginner-friendly. Very intuitive UI, cool "rules" management and really good insight into reports / metrics! I do not have a lot of experience with Statsig, but so far I did not have any troubles using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not really with of things that I dislike (maybe due to the fact that I am using Statis only for around 1.5 month), but I think that sometimes all kinds of "lists" are loading a little slower than expected. Maybe it's dut to the number of created Flags in our company, but it's the only think that comes to my mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps me to deliver features in very safety manner. I have full control of my feature and I can easily decide wether I want my feature to be published for internal-use only or for entire globe! Even if there is some kind of a problem, it is easy to just switch off the Feature with a single click.
In the company where a little mistake could be crucial, statsig really helps with assuring that every Feature get properly tested and deployed in a controlled way!

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to allow selecting and removing multiple user IDs at once from a segment group, instead of handling them individually. This would make managing segments more efficient, especially for cleanup or debugging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps us safely launch new features and run experiments by using feature gates and dynamic configs. It allows us to deploy code continuously—even when features are still in development—without impacting users. This has sped up our release cycle and made experimentation part of our everyday workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Releasing a new feature behind a flag is as easy as adding an if block, even with our extra wrapper around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I haven't encountered any issues integrating it, and we use it very frequently.

it's super convenient! i enjoy that in max 2 commands, i get all the env variables, and that it also automatically syncs. it was super easy to set up. it's also super convenient for deployments as well.

sometimes i forget to pull the latest env variables locally

i think it's really convenient, and that it syncs to render
The statistical testing software that can be comparable to Amplitude

I like how the software has a robust statistical lever to be adjustable. I like that the software has different type of feature gates and experiment I can do
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking of StatSig itself isn't that good. I want them to improve on how to get the tracking on the product more and make a user funnel chart more intuitive.

Statsig is used to gated feature and use it for testing.
