What do you like best about the product?
Metrics can be define and adjust while the experiment is running.

Very intuitive interface and user friendly. It is effortless to setup experiments and custom metrics

I would love to have a feature that allows me to pause the experiment until decision is madD

Compared to other A/B testing tools Statsig is very user friendly and helped me create complex metrics with low effort.

The logging in is a bit long and dashboards are kind of hard to find

i like how easy it is to use and straightforward. I like the fact that I can also clone my tests and reuse my metrics. The more I use it, the simpler it gets to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great if you can change the name of your experiments, make it easier to create metrics that require a lot of products to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
statsig is solving us time by giving us real time results that you can act on at the beginning of your test and could even stop it.

It's very easy to set up and do A/B testing to understand how impactful your changes are to a sample of customers. The platform is also robust at scale.

Powerful experimentation platform with great flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig makes it incredibly easy to set up experiments and track metrics with minimal overhead. I especially appreciate the flexibility to create custom events and metrics, the real-time visibility into results, and the seamless integration with Slack for faster decision-making. Their feature gating is also simple yet powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation could be clearer for more advanced use cases, like setting up cross-product metrics or handling complex attribution windows. Occasionally, UI performance can lag slightly when loading large experiments with lots of metrics.
