A delight to use
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig was very easy for my team to transition to from our old experiment platform, and the transition was immediately worth it as I was blown away by the performance increases, both in the user interface and in how quickly exposures were resolved. The user interface is beautiful and makes me look forward to setting up and checking the status of my experiments, and some of the easter eggs like the musical graphs feature show how much attention to detail the team has spent on making this the friendliest possible dashboard. It is easy for me to set up experiments and feature gates on their portal, as well as easy to implement them in my codebase. I find myself using Statsig as often as I can now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the transition was easy, there were some things that took getting used to when coming from our old experiment platform, and we needed to deal with some quirks during the transition time when we were using two experiment platforms at the same time as we were transitioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we launch features we want to have full confidence that this new feature is helping the bottom line for our organization and is successful. Running experiments on Statsig helps us do this in a fast, easy, and delightful way.
Best A/B testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The feature gates is a very good feature that makes targeting the tests to specific users easy and the overrides by user ID so you can test a particular variation without leaving it to chance is very useful. Also, the way it displays the results showing the statistical significance of the results is very clever and superior to any alternative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing model could be improved. The free version is quite generous and then starts to get expensive quite quickly (except for startups).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to backup UI/UX decision changes on our website with data as justification.

With statsig we can turn on or off features as feature flag, and size the impact of them.
Makes tracking experiment metrics quick, easy, and scalable

Statsig allows my team to have a one-stop shop to track everything experiment related, from details of experiments to metrics performance

The product has been working well so far and has met all my needs.

Statsig solves the problem of monitor A/B Tests. It allows my team to focus less on the experiment metrics setup and tracking and more on the analysis & decision making

very easy to run quick experiments and quantify how features are performing

sometimes there are outages with statsig. also it can be kind of a pain to add in new metrics

We want to quantify how our features our doing and statsig provides an easy to use experimentation platform to do so.
Excellent tool for A/B testing, plus super team!
What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning, we were surprised by the great support. They are open to feedback and solve our requests in a timely manner. Also, the platform was great and easy to use for creating A/B tests and feature gates. Last but not least, the integration was smooth thanks to a compressive SDK and the support that they provided us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I miss is the possibility of seeing the metrics' statistics faster when the experiments or the feature gates are launched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig help us to create A/B test and manage feature flags easily. Also, they provide graphs to monitor the progress of these items. Moreover, they are always very responsive when there is an issue, doubt or if we request a new feature. They release the features for the SDK or API on time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find a way for forcing allocating large number of users to specific cell without override, might this by design
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to allocate user and tied parameters to user allocated cell, so the user experience can be dynamic and the Statsitg user can change the user experience without user code change,
for example: you can set the user button color blue for cell 1 and green for cell 2, and after the launch you can open Statsig and update the cell parameter and set the color for cell 2 to yellow, the UI will be updated automatically if you tied it to the experiment parameter

What do you like best about the product?
Clear reporting results, ability to filter in-depth by device and browser to identify trends, easy to use

Stat sig has been a super helpful tool for being able to run quick A/B test

Statsig is helping to create a quick and easy way to manage A/B test across the organization, particularly giving flexibility for different teams to customize what they need and make the tool work for all
Using Statsig for testing and feature rollouts is easy
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig doesn't try to do everything, it's focused at statistical testing (A/B tests, flags, etc) with a solid engine that lets you focus on interpreting the results. It wasn't difficult to set up and integrate with own datawarehouse, which is a must if you have customer-specific personally identifiable information that has to be kept in-house.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some design decisions regarding the SDKs or the data ingestion process that we had to work around, but they were a minor hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig is solving our main problem which is to use statistical testing at scale, without having to develop our own engine to do so. It was flexible enough to cover our needs without extensive integration requirements. It allowed us to focus our efforts on reaching to more users.
