Powerful. fast and feature packed
What do you like best about the product?
I can do almost anything it crosses my mind. Loading the tool on my website is really fast and has no impact on my speed. Not even Lighthouse is complaining about it (other tools have this problem).
I can do both server-side testing as well as client-side testing with the Sidecar. So my engineers are happy and my marketing peers are happy as well.
We are using it more and more often as a startup.
I love the fact that it offers me confidence when setting up an experiment and tells me if anything looks off.
The dashboard loads blazing fast and the numbers and events are poured in instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with any tool that has a LOT of features and power, sometimes it could get hard to decide what you need or what is the best option to move forward. So you could end up spending some time reading the documentation. Luckily, their support team also responds fast so it's a good balance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Marketing it helps in improving our conversion rates on our assets. This helps us keeping the costs the same but getting in more leads.
For Product, it helps us understand which features we should cut and where to invest our efforts next.

Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up experiment is easy, and running the experiment and visually the affect is easy and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data you have to wait a day, wish we can do the hourly view every day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us launch and manage feature easily
Mistplay loves Statsig
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig has enabled us to democratize experimentation within our organization by providing us with a one stop shop for accelerating product testing. It enables cross-company stakeholders (product, data, engineering) to collaborate together on one platform, and understand how each step works. It also allows all stakeholders to easily track experiment results, and share ownership instead of having to compile information from multiple spreadsheets, custom queries, and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some product releases happen super quickly (changes to UI/UX every week), it can be hard to keep track of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High velocity feature releases - we've scaled the # of experiments we're running from 1-2 at a time to dozens.
A newer yet great comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig's support is extremely responsive and will do everything in their power to resolve your issue. Their team is regularly looking for opportunities to improve the product through both their own roadmap and feedback from customers like us (we get asked regularly!). I can say without a doubt we've seen the feature set grow substantially since our initial implementation less than a year ago and love the monthly update newsletter to read through the exciting changes. For us, this is especially important on the experimentation side of things and I feel that Statsig has slowly helped us up our game in feature validation with capabilities we didn't have with our previous SaaS vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think our initial implementation could have gone better in the sense that it felt like there were a lot of small "surprises" of things we felt were slightly lacking when comparing to the current software we were using (for example, out of the box session tracking, etc.). That said, a lot of this is on our team for failing to do enough due diligence in recognizing any gaps and Statsig has done an incredible job to address most of our pain points in a short amount of time. If I had to nitpick, I would say there are so many features that sometimes the current UX makes it difficult to discover all of the capabilities (which is technically a good problem to have).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have to be completely honest, I was initially quite apprehensive about moving to Statsig from some of the larger names in the space. However, I can absolutely say it was the right decision. While Statsig is a newer player in the analytics and experimentation space, they have already proven themselves to be a knowledgable, supportive, fast-growing partner. For us, Statsig has been critical to understand user behavior and to identify issues early on in the life cycle. More-so, they've helped us substantially increase our experimentation capabilities from what I would consider relatively "rudimentary" to "moderate." We've been able to quickly chip away at our backlog of experiments that have languished due to lack of time and resources. The real-time experiments dashboard is easy to understand and digest, as well as to deep dive further into metrics which has helped us not only cut the amount of time it takes to launch an experiment, but to make the analysis significantly easier.
Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation for ABTEST and the fact that it can connect to multiple analytics tools. The customer support is also extremely reactive to fix issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature are not fully functional but they are getting fix very quickly after feedback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to AB test without having to code as the marketing and UX team has to run multiple design to improve our conversion rate and they can do it very quickly. But most importantly having the ability to connect to our other analytics tools which are amplitude and GA4
Great product, super-responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
I'm the tech lead of a small team. We migrated our experimentation platform to Statsig and we were a bit hesitant at first, would it be worth the effort? We were using a market leader but it was too rigid when we asked for new features. Statsig team was open for changes from the begining if they were reasonable of course. For the 8 months we've been with them they:
* Have supported us quickly and effecitvely when we have doubts
* Have implemented quite a few features we have requested, some of them small, some requiring a good deal of effort
* Haven't had major outages
* Have been transparent when any issue is found, sometimes proactively notifying, this is something our previous vendor hardly ever did.
They have been lately pushing for a new product called Wharehouse Native which we like alot so far and we are in the process of fully migrating to it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The weakest point is non-working hours support, they don't have a clear contact/process to escalate issues and communication is through slack. this hasn't been a problem so far but it gives more confidence to know you can engage their team though a standard process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide an easy to use experimentation platform that allows developers to add testing in many parts of our website, while our analysts set up the tests and take decision along with product managers based on the outcome.
Robust and User-Friendly Tools for Experimentation Support
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig is a valuable tool for conducting experiments. We utilize Statsig to perform experiments on our new features, assessing the outcomes against predefined metrics to inform sound decision-making.
One notable feature of Statsig is its user-friendly feature gate, which enables easy customization. This functionality empowers us to make various adjustments based on the feature gate.
Additionally, Statsig offers console APIs, allowing for customization and integration with existing systems. This flexibility enhances our ability to tailor the tool to specific needs, with numerous possibilities to explore through the feature gate.
The "Explore" tab in Statsig permits us to execute customized queries, facilitating a detailed breakdown based on different groups.
Moreover, Statsig maintains a dedicated Slack channel for production support and the collection of user feedback. Their responsiveness is noteworthy, providing prompt and supportive assistance. This collaborative environment contributes to continuous improvement and the development of new features within our systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging Statsig experiment results can be somewhat challenging. Exporting the entire raw data of an experiment may consume a significant amount of time and generate a large file. In many cases, a more efficient approach is to focus on specific test entities to identify any outliers.
One drawback of raw data export is the absence of group names. To associate entities with their respective groups, it's necessary to export exposures as well. Exploring additional queries in the "Explore" tab could offer a more streamlined solution, allowing for more customized queries without the need to download a sizable experiment file. This approach may enhance the efficiency of result analysis and debugging processes.

Statsig is the best experimentation tool on the planet
What do you like best about the product?
Rock solid experimentation tool. Simple, yet high-powered. I use it every day. Critical tool in the day-to-day operation and development of my online software business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been running experiments and A/B tests for 10+ years. While someone without experimentation experience can absolutely get value on Day 1, getting the most out of any tool like Statsig is a long haul investment (that absolutely pays off).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Experimentation is one of the best ways to build product intuition about what actually works on the ground with real users & customers.
* Quantify how much value new features & changes add to the product.
* Risk mitigation: bad features gets detected sooner and can be fixed or rolled back.

A powerful & flexible tool for rapid iteration & experimentation
What do you like best about the product?
Statsig provides all of the tools necessary for rapid experimentation. Their Holdouts, A/B/N Experiments, Dynamic Configs & Targeting tools are all well designed & implemented so you can experiment & learn quickly. Their team is super smart & eager to help with direct Slack channel connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
With great power comes great responsibility. For Statsig, this means you need to invest time to learn the system to unlock the most value from the platform. While their docs & support team are incredibly helpful, I'd like to see future iterations of the platform include turn-key templates for more complicated setups such as multi-site/tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statsig helps Bonbon quickly learn how consumers react to different direct response messages. We use the platform to measure the engagement rates of different copy variants and can easily see how click rates, session depth, time on site, scroll depth and more are impacted by tweaks to the presentation of our offer messages.
Great support, great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It covers most of statistical advanced analysis for experiments. The only one left is to add regression analysis ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features worked out of the box, but when we needed them the team helped to implement them. So it is both negative and positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their support team is great. They answer fast and help with both experiment questions and tech problems. We used Statsig for our first experiment and they helped a lot. We had calls with representative of other similar tools, but even on the call they didnt show their expertise or level of support. Unlike StatSig.
Right now, we use them for testing our landing pages. But, when our product is finished, we want to use Statsig to test new features. We also like their feature toggle option. It lets us turn features on and off in our tests. Our developer thinks this is a good idea. We might even use feature toggle for our landing page tests.
