Great experience - Excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user-friendly and experiment setup is very clear. The support team is amazing, always follows up on issues and open to improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data ingestion jobs do not have detailed guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ML model performance comparison via A/B tests
Helped to optimize our games for higher retention and revenue
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple to use and implement into our products. It provides powerful testing solutions that have improved our core business metrics. The ease of use and analysis is unmatched by existing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is lacking in some places, such as for backend implementation. Composite metrics and global outlier configs are not available. The ability to ban users by UID/IP is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Statsig to improve many aspects of our business. Our primary uses have been marketing funnels and game feature optimization. We have seen a measurable improvement to our product KPIs.
