GREAT APP TO COMMUNICATE WITH CO-WORKERS INSIDE THE OFFICE
What do you like best about the product?
I used this app before in my previous job at one of the call center companies in my place. This app was able to help me communicate with my co-workers inside the office since we are not allowed to use cellphone devices
What do you dislike about the product?
This app is very secure to the point that I still have to ask for approval from the admin before I send the message to my co-worker. It sometimes loads slowly, so i can't use it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.chat app helps me communicate directly with our Admins and manager if I have questions regarding the process of our job. This app makes it easier to communicate with people inside the office.
"A Perfect Chat Support for the Visitors"
What do you like best about the product?
Rocket.Chat is too good at connecting with visitors. The easy integrations with the platforms like Slack, teams and other saas help a lot for easy communications. Old chat history on the application helps a lot when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never felt any dislike for the Rocket.Chat, but I feel it would be a great application if the UI is more simple and quick. I felt difficulty when tried to integrate with DevOps. somehow, I've made it with their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used other platforms before but this Rocket.Chat is good at the pricing when compared with the Market price. The support team is available and the solutions are real quick than I expect.

It's a very intuitive app, permits chat, send images, docs, and permite too access in phone, navigator and many others plataforms. i recommended a lot of friends

Maybe some module for brandit the app more easy way...

A solid user experience and helped out team communicate across multiple protocols
What do you like best about the product?
It allowed our team of technical staff of all ages, backgrounds, and preferences to use a consolidated platform with existing protocols and user accounts which was a great bridge to mature our understanding of how to work remotely as a team.

It was lacking some collab features that would have been nice but it has grown and improved a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Rocket.Chat fulfills my requirements for communication solutions. It offers public channels, private channels, direct messaging, integration capabilities through Webhooks, SMS functionality, and a chat widget for websites. The setup process is straightforward, whether using Docker or Ubuntu Snap
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to Rocket.Chat not being included as a standard app option for one-click installation on most web hosts, setting it up manually becomes necessary. This is in contrast to Slack and Microsoft Teams, which are more readily available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. However, the process of getting Rocket.Chat operational typically demands a higher level of expertise and understanding. Additional steps and configuration are typically involved before achieving a fully functional setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat serves as our human support tool. Our initial customer or lead inquiries are handled by a chatbot. However, when customers or leads require human assistance, we redirect them to Rocket.Chat, where our sales team is readily available. One notable advantage of utilizing Rocket.Chat is its cost-effectiveness per user, as opting for an alternative tool would likely result in significantly higher expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
A good and safer alternative for sending messages in the workplace, univesity and every place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't use Rocket.chat for over than a few weeks so far, I couldn't persive any negative aspects that stand's out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the insecure communication and its allowing me to not use solution that are entirely based on cloud.

The possibility of integrating Rocket.chat with other applications. The possibility of implementing it in our own data center.

In general, we have not had problems using Rocket.Chat.

Ease of access. Support team always available and ready to normalize the environment.

What I don't like is that the key is via email. Our clients share emails. But no problem, let's continue with this.

Rocket.Chat is an adaptive, customizable and scalable software for organizations. You can integrate things in the Marketplace or create your own scripts to customize a bot

The graphic interface is a bit uncomfortable compared to other applications; some things don't work correctly; for example, the user name is shown instead of the real name in reactions. There are small things to improve

The most essential thing in an organization is communication. Rocket.Chat is a helpful tool when you are in a big organization; we use bots to make handy informs that help us improve processes and reach our goals
