What do you like best about the product?
A full backup system for your line of work that offers infrastructure and advance at the same time. VTEX is a root of strength in communication and documentation. There is no demand to upgrade this software it’s all in one. This application is like a gaffer, it can manage many tasks at the same time without any trouble. Every data and information is transferred at a single click I can’t conceive of anything better than that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a pretentious thing in the software field, but rather expensive to stick out all users. Its advantages are more conspicuous than its drawback. It’s a character of over efficient application and can get to trouble while snooping other software. Installation time is a lot shorter than its usage trial so kind of mess creation makes trouble for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I found it pricey, at present when I’m using this, I could not find the best thing for my concern. A solution to all my worries and I can create files, process and further selling detail all is available in a minute. Our customers feel free to approach me and my wares. They can throw the best reviews of the wares and it’s better to determine what is good and how they good buy that. Comfortable for both me and my customers. Its outstanding feature is providing substructure and provision to my job and that is a major theatrical role-playing by VTEX.

The platform incorporates a significant number of tools to start and optimize your e-commerce, such as payment gateways, promotions module, coupons, discounts, programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The % of expense that the tool deducts, after the total sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clients who use the tool have seen their e-commerce enhanced and their sales multiplied, additionally, their website has been optimized.

What do you like best about the product?
VTEX is a platform of Marketplace, where Marketing is developped, and one can work and forward his/her Business, besides being paid, on achieved revenues. It's a platform like Paypal, Stripe, with opportunities as Developper, grow one's Business and make money through this platform, and get paid online, by being credited.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike in this platform, indeed it's an easy platform for work development, that applies as facility, for anyone, or almost everyone, with basic knowledge of Computer that leads him/her to use it correctly. I like Best also, that this site is well structured, with good organization, and one can find easily the leading ways to use system in the right way. Just sign-up and also use system of payment accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem actually using this system, where also some major clients, as partners in the system, that correspond to big well known Companies, like Nestle, Coca-Cola for ex. of well known products used daily, and also car manufactures and generally all big well known major clients in Europe, USA and whole world. There was thus no difficutly in promoting work as developper on this site and make revenues accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommed this Site to anybody who wants to involve in Marketing basically online and offline, promoting his/her business, Marketing tailored, and working to promote stuff of listed Clients as well as stuff of other Companies, known or less known ones, to be able to offer to Marketing branch generally, but also help this Business, in a creative platform recommending it to others, as developper, or as single user in this case, within a streamline of topics and help and suggest als to others, and be paid on same site, having created an account.
If one cannot pay for ex. for a while, to have more options on the site, one can choose the free plan, and see in the future..more paid plans, and even make money through revenue share.

What do you like best about the product?
VTEX has become the leading platform in many areas of Latin America with constant evolution and a quite solid community where support and help can be obtained to carry out different developments.

The ease of use of VTEX makes it ideal for companies with little or no experience in E-commerce, without affecting its quality and the possibilities of integration and the quality of developments that can be carried out.

At the level of implementing agencies, the experience is pleasant considering that it has an effective and scalable support scheme, rich documentation, as well as a broad community in constant contact through events held in different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delays in visualizing changes on production sites due to caching issues can be somewhat annoying at times. One thing to consider is that when hiring a VTEX environment, we will not have a proper QA space where we can test developments or new functionalities without affecting the production site. Nevertheless, this can be resolved with various safe practices and some working methods that are learned with the use of the platform over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and development of E-commerce channels for B2C and B2B sites, providing support to clients from the conception of the project to post-launch site support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Analyze very well the expectations regarding the use that will be given to the platform to be sure that it will fulfill the desired purpose, and even know if we are going to underutilize the features and power of this tool in a project that could be carried out with another of lesser value or lower implementation cost, in this planning process it is essential to have the right agency, so it is highly recommended to meet and listen to proposals from different agencies that develop and implement VTEX solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly check-out, allows the opportunity to install Api that help to better perform the tool, has a very efficient support center. I like that has everything on the box, very easy for developing a project. The stability of the servers and the support team. VTEX is a true e-commerce platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases the platform and its servers can become slow with load times. For some it could be a disadvantage to pay a monthly percentage for the use of the platform, but this value includes all the developments that are made in the platform, which by other means should be financed directly by the company, is a relationship win win. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the report of sale, we can see who costumers buy and what promotions can we use to take advantage of that.
The logistic.
API integration with every part of vtex, with this you can do literally anything.

Use VTex, your sales will increase.
VTEX is a true cloud e-Commerce platform, providing a global view of all selling activities with a low cost and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
Time to market implementatios is deffinitely fast, not as they advertise, but fast compared to other platforms. Also they do have a lot of functionality already built into the platform which is a big plus for small to medium companies
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a multi tenant solution there's no customization you can do to the platform, therefore if you need a very specific functionality on your site you will need to hire very creative developers, very talented one so they can find a way to get around vtex core and get the functionality up and running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our commerce platform was hosted on Oracle Cloud commerce and would crash at 6K concurrent users, also oracle's cloud solution has fallen far away from the other cloud platforms on the market, their functionality is so limited. VTEX was deffinitely an upgrade for us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
VTEX can exagerate at times and say it is super simple to implement VTEX and that you'll be online fast... and you will, but not as soon as they advertise, also consider you will not be able to perform a lot of "tailored" functionality on your site, unless you spend big money on really creative and talented developers
