What do you like best about the product?
Gran soporte y escalabilidad en las tiendas, muy buena gestión de los pedido que realizan los clientes, gran personalización de la tienda, incluso con VTEX IO se puede manipular el back-end de la tienda, buena documentación.
What do you dislike about the product?
tiempos de carga de la página un poco lentos, se demora mucho en renderizar los cambios que se hacen tanto en productos como en las plantillas HTML, poca personalización en la sección de pagos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cuando se tiene un catálogo muy grande y se necesita una tienda muy personalizada es la mejor opción

What do you like best about the product?
Check-out very friendly, provides the opportunity to install APIs that help improve the tool's performance, has a very efficient support center. A platform that is migrating to Spanish, and that is greatly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the platform and its servers can become somewhat slow with loading times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vtex manages a very comfortable and secure suite, an additional tool for the growth of e-commerce in the region. Additionally, the support they provide for the platform is very important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your idea is to establish an e-commerce support, this is the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
VTEX has solutions for practically everything we need in our virtual store: management of promotions, loyalty programs, pricing schedules. It is a highly customizable platform that adapts to any type of virtual store. In our experience as an agency, many stores have increased their sales just by migrating to this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two details I have been able to see and that are close to being resolved are the lack of programming for the banner and the slowness of indexing during high traffic hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VTEX emerges as a complete and vast solution for the clients of our agency, allowing them to manage their virtual store with a single platform in a very simple way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With VTEX, it's just a matter of asking, it is a company highly committed to its customers and always attentive to meeting everyone's requirements.

Gosto que tenha tudo na caixa, muito fácil para desenvolver um projeto.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best that I can have my entire web store in one place, and I can configure it all in Vtex. Also, it is very easy to use, make a promotion, configure a product. I can have all the data of my costumers, and do a little CRM with Vtex. I thing Vtex is a very complete tool for any e-commerce
What do you dislike about the product?
Some thing that I can't delete, like the colections, the coupons and the promotions. Also, I speak spanish and english, and sometimes it a little dificult to understand what it say because it is in portuges. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The logistic. We can manage everything that we need to make a sale, almost with any external tool. Also, we even could manage a little of accounting where Vtex show us the costs and the sales. And with the report of sale, we can see who costumers buy and what promotions can we use to take advantage of that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend others to use Vtex, not only because it's worth every $, but also it's very easy to use, It got everything you need for a e-commerce, you can always have support if you need and capacitation.

What do you like best about the product?
Vtex es en mi opinión la evolución de la gestión de comercio electrónico, posee todas las ventajas que otras plataformas han desarrollado y suma seguridad y una mejor experiencia al usuario al ser flexible en diseño y tener un Check out muy corto y sencillo lo que aumenta la conversión. La implantación de esta plataforma conlleva a muchos menos problemas o complejidades que otras plataformas presentan, VTEX es muy amigable para el usuario final pero tambien para el administrador y backoffice.

Para algunos podría ser una desventaja el hecho de pagar un porcentaje mensual por el uso de la plataforma, pero este valor incluye todos los desarrollos que se hacen en la plataforma, lo que por otro medio debería ser financiado directamente por la empresa, es una relación ganar, ganar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vtex resuelve dos grandes problemas que tenemos con otras plataformas, FLEXIBILIDAD DE DISEÑO y CHECK OUT simple y seguro. Considero este es el salto que esta dando vtex en pro del mercado del comercio electronico.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vtex podrá disparar tus ventas, debes estar preparado para un salto en la operación normal si estas migrando desde otra plataforma. Este es el software que está pensado en el futuro y sus costos de implementación incluyen aspectos de actualiación constante tanto en la propia plataforma como en elementos conexos como lo es servidores y certificados SSL.

I don't dislike anything, this app it's perfect in every way.
