What do you like best about the product?
VTEX is a true e-commerce platform, not just a simple store platform but a full system was ere you can integrate everything and keep track of everything on the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is not so good, could improve on internationalization languages also, many things are just thought for Brazil
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API integration with every part of vtex, with this you can do literally anything

Better support better and easier admin

The stability of the servers and the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some backend modules seems antique. File manager some times don't allow upload files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open new sales channels. Increase sales on current online stores.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple setup process and the ease of use. The smartcheckout is a great solution, simple and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. VTEX has met my expectations generating great results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am selling clothing products with a low cost operation, a good optimization for search engines and a good conversion rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
VTEX is a true cloud e-Commerce platform, providing a global view of all selling activities with a low cost and ease of use.
