Sailpoint is a great tool, but you need to know how to use it

What do you like best about the product?
Group reviews are easy for our organization to set up now.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of issues can occur if one thing breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disabling users automatically upon termination. Befefits are when we can just create a report from sailpoint to show auditing.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how user-friendly it felt after the previous homegrown solution that was previously used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that from a technical aspect, it is definitely intended to be an out of the box solution, which is standard for this kind of product but it took a lot longer to implement based on how things were being done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
access and identity management for a corporate office along with some additional solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Its installation and use are quite simple to carry out, in fact, during all its use the number of times I made a request for support to customer service was practically nil, and the few times I did it I got a response in a period of time quite impressive, the ease with which it integrates with other applications is something quite impressive, the fact that we can enter the information into the system in a fairly simple, practical and fast way is not of great help to make future queries of the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must say that I have not found any negative aspect that makes me not recommend Intello, it is that if we put all the parts together such as performance, functionality and ease of use they make it the perfect solution for any business, and in fact, us It has worked for us perfectly and without major problems in terms of its use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been being of great help to us to automate and digitize a large amount of information in a fairly safe, easy, fast and accessible way, in such a way that we can access the data in a more secure and efficient way at any time that we need it, thus facilitating everything that refers to consultations, editing and information management.

Intello: a rockstar team

What do you like best about the product?
Intello does a great job exposing spend and creating a holistic catalog of SaaS vendors. The people behind the system are incredibly enjoyable to work with. The team puts a lot of attention into hearing what their customers need.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of using Intello was the lack of user roles, restricting certain vendor information based off department or role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intello instills accountability in SaaS usage and spend. Overall, this exposure to system use has created an awareness of redundant app spend.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to keep track of our licenses, it can take a while to get them all in depending on the size of the scope but it's good once it's set up
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extensions aren't very good, and the software audit can fall short sometimes. I'm sure there is a way to modify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to keep track of licensing

What do you like best about the product?
Great for filling the niche need that exists—granting and monitoring access to applications and workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow can be difficult to understand, not as intuitive as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing access and being able to set individuals as gatekeepers. Allows us to manage these things ourselves rather than needing to involve enterprise technology
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very helpful application but be sure to get requisite training

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working for Sailpoint since 2 years it was the best IQ Tool which i have worked,it Configures and Deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ to Diffrent target system
What do you dislike about the product?
i never see any dislike fromt this tool and morover it is bit pricey compare to other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solved our security issues and reduced cost of labour
