What do you like best about the product?
We use Sailpoint Identity IQ primarily to request system access. It is easy to use and track your request. I have also utilized it approve my organization request. Whatever request is assigned to me, I had to approve/deny based on the information provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to identify which options to choose from regarding particular access request. Most of the request I have done in past, I chose others from the dropdown list and entered manually what I am requesting to get the access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Request to get the access to the application/system.

ERP Maestro is great for running daily risk analysis and excellent for Firefighter provisinion..
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool to work with auditors and ability to generate various types of reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much information on User Provisioning available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk analysis, sap usage, Firefighter Provisioning great benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Would strongly recommend ERP Maestro to any other automotive company as it is very helpful in providing various types of Reports and auditors are comfortable with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization is a leading provider of SaaS access security solutions increasing focus on automated prevention of internal cybersecurity threats related to inappropriate systems access. It provides all sorts of features that helps businesses fully automate access compliance processes. Moreover, the tool is very easy to configure, and it help us every time that we have and emergency in the businness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between web and phone users, the system is not fully integrated. There is no video feature to use. Sometimes I figured that there were audio issues between web and phone users. The interface at this point is a little outdated. The support provided by the organization is also slacking these days. It's taking a lot of time to get update on my current requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a flawless tool for HIPAA compliance software and helps prevent employees from actually feeling the requirement to interact with elderly patients using personal email addresses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are concerned about your internal cybersecurity threats, ERP Maestro is best solution available in the market. It's easy to use, and great for workflows. It´s a complete tool and it´s growing. Automatic provisioning is a gret added feature that assists to provide quick answer to the business.

Quick implementation without any pain and quick mitigation plans by prioritizing the things.

I don't find any reason to dislike ERP as it was solved most of my needs.

used this tool to asses the user data without any manual intervention.

IT risk management tool and awareness is good and ERP products are user friendly compared to others. I recommend my counterparts and supervisors to use ERP products.

As the most of the users work in IT industry content can be made more clear and knowledgeable with new enhancements.

We used ERP IT Risk Management to educate and to have awareness in risk management.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, we are very happy because our process has to changed since the beginning and ERP Maestro help us: using workflows and notifications, their risk analysis, and the automatic provisioning. Actually your solution provide us more information and analytics that we haven't explored and review, we will do more gradually. And your university and webinars are great, I have participated in a couple and get some answers for doubts about using the tool.
The EAM, it´s very easy to configure, and it help us every time that we have and emergency in the businness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Your support, now a days, I still have a couple of open incidents without solution and nobody has answered my calls. I guess that your priority has to be other than help your clients. Nobody has talked with us to tell us what else we can do, probably to get a road map about we can do with ERP Maestro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using workflows and notifications, their risk analysis, and the automatic provisioning. We didn´t have a SOD, and with ERP Maestro we are sure that we get a complete answer to asure to our company a minimun risk. In Cotemar right now we are changing our process to do it easy and agile for our users.

ERP Maestro es una excelente herramienta de apoyo en las tareas de monitoreo de los controles internos.

Siendo honesto creo que no encuentro nada que me desagrade de la herramienta.
