What do you like best about the product?

Ease of Implementation - I am more from business background and it requires nearly no technical background for the implementation.
Tracebility - drill down and history functionality help users to trace to the source of the figures to verify the source data and user inputs
Flexibility of planning hierarchy - ease of creating and maintaing the planning hierarchies
Ease of change - Planning requirements could have changes every year, and Anaplan is flexible to adopt changes
Performance - Anaplan is capable to support complex and huge volume of calculation in real-time, which is better than other planning systems.

What do you dislike about the product?

Excel Add-in - Lots of business users like using it but the tool actually is not sophisticated enough; The workaround is try to lead business users to use Anaplan New UX instead of excel add-in
Data Integration - It would be great if Anaplan has the file systems on cloud, so that users may easily trace the source files that they use to upload.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easier collaboration for all cost center owners and reviewers;
Tracebility on the user inputs on the most granular level (FTE level in workforce planning);
Version Compasison - allow efficient and flexible version comparison in Anaplan directly
Cost saving - We have a CoE team with business background only and are sufficient to deliver Anaplan models on our own
