Anaplan is the best tool for planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like low learning curve, high speed of development and flexibility of the system. Anaplan can handle big amount of data and solve complex business problems. Also it is quick to implement and integration is not too difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are new to modeling flexibility might become a problem as Anaplan lets you build as you see fit. And not all methods are equally reasonable. So you really need to think ahead about the model structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anaplan helps to reduce time for planning by a large margin. For example it reduced time required for HR planning from a few days to several hours, compared to planning in Excel. Also, Anaplan allowed to calculate demand in such detalization that wasn't possible before.
