Contensquare's analytical value is immeasurable to my team
What do you like best about the product?
I use page comparator, zoning analysis, and journey analysis most days, and it provides valuable evidence and stats that are used for decision-making and prioritizing very often. Contentsquare's tools are very detailed and customizable, making it suitable for companies of all sizes and from many industries. Their customer success managers and support teams are easily accessible and responsive to questions and technical issues. Finally they make their customers a priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Contentsquare is the learning curve. I am a young professional not far out of college, and It took some time for me to start to feel comfortable with the platform and how to use all of the tools and data that were accessible to me. That said, they have many learning resources, such as online courses and live webinars, that are also recorded. Along with customer success managers, who in my experience have been easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. It is a complex detailed platform, but there are more than enough resources available, and that complexity pays off with the clear, customizable data it can provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Contentsquare to analyze traffic, conversion, UX, and page engagement. It allows us to find issues or changes in performance quickly and has tools to get to the why on these changes.
Best tool for quantitative analysis in the conversion optimization process.
What do you like best about the product?
360° degree analysis of elements, pages and page groups possible. Super networking of all modules, e.g. you can access replay videos from all modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little usability problems and too much focus on new features. I would really recommend to focus more on the development of the core features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
100% UX focus, different to classic analytics tools.

What do you like best about the product?
In the last months I've had the opportunity to study what the tool offers. In my opinion, it is one of the best tools in the market used to study how users interact with your website, investigate various errors and improve the conversion rate. By offering various analyzes such as customer journey and zoning analysis, everything becomes easier for us digital analysts, given the numerous emerging evidences. Lastly, I would recommend the tool to every company that wants to take care of their customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing that i've noticed, that the tool could result a little bit difficult to understand if you aren't dealing everyday with GA kpis /digital kpis.

Wow, where do I even start? Contentsquare has opened my eyes even wider to marketing analytics - especially UX analytics - available through its Zoning module.
Contentsquare allows me to tell the whole owned website story to marketing leaders at my organization. I can easily package up data about how people get to our website, detail the most popular journeys they're embarking on, and outline all the meaningful actions they take on particular pages of interest. And best of all, I can troubleshoot WHY users aren't taking the desired steps I want them to and make edits to try and change this narrative.
Zoning and Session Replays are the modules I use most often - the insights they provide on pages of importance are second to none. These are proving invaluable for multiple campaigns we're running on our website.
I can't recommend Contentsquare enough. Get ready for your professional world to explode (in a good way) once you start using this tool.

The only thing I don't like about Contentsquare is the fact I feel as though I've only scratched the surface with the tool! I want to keep learning more and more and become an expert user.

What do you dislike about the product?
The english certification courses are great. However, when joining the course in another language with my fellow work colleagues, I realized that the quality is not consistent. While the english ones focus on "why to" with specific case studies, the other focus only on "how to" with simple explanation. I think for us it is really important to understand the motivation for using one tool rather than another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With its advanced analytics capabilities, I can see exactly how customers are interacting with our site, where they're struggling, and what's driving their engagement. This will be great in helping us optimize the user experience and drive conversions.

CS, it is really an easy, useful and intuitive tool! We have implemented so many optimizations thanks to the insights collected with zooning, journey analysis and impact quantification

sometimes, especially CS live, it takes a long time to load. I also find it a bit annoying that journey analsys cannot be saved

CS allows you to identify friction points in the user journey and promptly implement corrective actions--> Accurately analyzing the performance of each components through zoning analysis allows you to identify opportunities for improvement
Taking getting insights on user behavior to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing the journey and behavior on certain pages, makes it much more understandable for people when you are presenting your findings.
The metrics about hover rate, engament and so on give you a nice overview of several types of behavior.

The tool is really great. The different features give a good all around overview. Maybe for someone who is not used to the metrics, the learning process at the beginning can take a bit of time.

We're learning more about how our user are navigating in the website and which pages can be optimized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Contentsquare tool is an essential element of the CRO ecosystem; it allows us to identify issues, design hypotheses, and subsequently analyze the performance of the improvements implemented.
Great visual tool for data insights
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare has been a valuable tool for really digging deeper into our customer behvaiour. The support from the team has been great during the onboarding process and the networking events and insights have also been a great addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to become fully comfortable with the tool and have the team get into a rhythm of using it day-to-day. There's so many insights to be discovered it's just knowing where to start!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is more visually intuitive than other analytics software I've used - especially with features like heatmaps.

I love playing with Zoning analysis and session replay modules to compare metrics and filter the data to focus on specific areas of interest.
I found out that the visualization of ContentSquare's data is clear and easy to understand; it allowed our team to see how users interact with the website.

It is time-consuming to fully understand and utilize the platform, especially the mapping setup. (but their team provides excellent training sessions as well as their documentary on the site)
The workspace is slightly limited in visualization graphs, mostly line charts and summary numbers (recently updated funnel visualization); it is pretty hard to export to PDF files or schedule to send reports regularly to email.
Integration is still quite challenging, as ContentSquare on our side couldn't capture 100% imported segments from Adobe Target, the only way we are doing now is to create a segment on Adobe Analytics and import through that.

The product helps identify user pain points and provides visual explanations for why users visit the site but do not make purchases. Content Square insights gave us many test ideas, increasing our overall revenue and optimizing user behaviour on the site.
