Excellent tool and partnership

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a powerful tool with excellent journey visualisation and on-page analysis that we use extensively to assist decision-making, particularly in UX design and creative performance. It has also been instrumental in helping to locate and prove user pain points, assisting the development teams with session replays where they can see the issue and with data to help prioritise accordingly.

I'm also very pleased with the relationship we have. The CS team are always willing and quick to assist when needed, often going above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the power of the tool can come complexity. Taking full advantage of the tool can involve quite a steep learning curve, which can be challenging to build into the team's week. Ensure you have time to invest in learning and using the tool to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently using the API to extract data into a holistic 'Campaign' dashboard, providing a view on creative and banner performance to assist in optimising our campaigns. In addition, we're using CS to identify and understand user pain points, to understand the impact on the business and the user and prioritise in the backlog. The tool is also fundamental to making improvements to UX, bringing data to corroborate a theory.

Great tool with user-friendly interface and actionable insights

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is an excellent tool for UX analysis; it can give you insights into how users interact with your web pages, where they find eventual points of frustration, from what they are more attracted to or what they use more. Many useful features can help you conduct a more thorough analysis, such as the workspaces or the session replays. It can be used easily by various teams in a company, Designers, Analysts, Product Owners etc, since it has a very user-friendly and visual interface. Overall I think that the tool's real value is that it can give you quickly (in most cases also with less effort compared to traditional web analytic tools) actionable and easily interpreted insights. Moreover, an important asset is the great customer care, which helps you organize the work and leverage the value of the analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there are not many negative things; there are some technological limits, especially on pages with many interactive elements, but with the support team it is possible to find alternative solutions. In the beginning, you need to dedicate time to the initial setup of the tool for mapping the pages, but once done, the maintenance doesn't require so much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Contentsquare is solving is whether our web experience meets the users' needs. With the use of Contentsquare, we can find UX solutions for elements that may not work for the users, change the order of the web elements according to the interest of our users, solve eventual problems that cause frustration to our clients and prevent them in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The ContentSquare platform is super helpful in identifying pain points with consumers on our website. The ContentSquare team, after implementation, was responsive and extremely thorough in their training. Our Onboarding Manager was always available to answer questions and set us up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process was not ideal, as numerous contacts and people involved made the process cumbersome. Also, the initial onboarding courses were not as helpful as I had hoped. We had multiple sessions with a large group and then a quiz at the end that I didn't feel assisted in our learning process. It wasn't until we had the Onboarding Manager's one on one guidance that I felt more confident in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to understand how our consumers are interacting with our website and where there were areas to improve.

Optimizing our website for a better consumer experience. We are also looking to scale our ecommerce business and need a best in class website to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot of zoning analysis and session replays modules, especially when I want to go deeper into the analysis. It is super powerful to compare different KPIs or different site versions. It is easy to filter the session replay only to see what matters to you. In the zoning, the colors and data visualization are very clear. At a glance, you can better understand how your page is consumed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the product's complexity, it takes time to fully use the platform and get the most out of it. The mapping setup can require technical expertise and must be double-checked with the ContentSquare team to be sure your analysis is relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us highlight detailed insights/frustration/pain points or other critical interactions with our website that couldn't have been detected with another tool.

What do you like best about the product?
After the set-up, all data are easily trackable and available for analysis.
Another killing feature is the easiness and flexibility of customer segmentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Working in a matrix organisation, sometimes there's not all the departments are aligned on changes to the UI. We don't know when changes impacting the zoning or the goals are exactly done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is a powerful tool to shine data on real users' behaviour. Partnered with an experimentation tool, it can also effectively support the AB test roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall CS live tool has been very helpful for people like myself who aren't specialized in GA, but can easily find it because we can simply click on elements on the page and get data.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside is that we have to get data on specific URL instead of a more general overview. It's hard to see product data on overall usage on product pages instead of just one URL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding where users are dropping off, seeing where users are clicking and understanding their journeys on the site from various pages

Most basic functions that I want to use as I'm learning are self-explanatory.

Minor errors when selecting zones in the zoning analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can compare heatmaps, and easily pull different historical snapshots of a page. Definitely an improvement on Clicktale. Great support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting zones is tedious, the UI can be clunky and the segment api has issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us "SHOW" the data in a new way. But the biggest solve is attractiveness rate and exposure rate; metrics that are hard to duplicate in traditional web analytics tools.
