Great Tool to get a real feel of your customers journey
What do you like best about the product?
Find it helpful to drill down into nearly all aspects of the customer's journey through our site. Makes it clear where they go from certain areas and allows analysis of the best way to structure the page or journey for an improved experience
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve at the start for someone like myself that takes a bit of time to get used to, but as with any new software, this is to be expected

Identifying drop-off points clearly in the customer journey and allowing us to update the pages accordingly

What do you like best about the product?
The tool provides such valuable insights and helps us identify issues and the best way to resolve them. It also provided us with data-driven insights helping to make informed decisions based on facts rather than guesswork.
The account support available is also invaluable, a great team of people who really care about you getting the best from the tool. The online training and courses were also a great asset and really helped me to learn to get the best from the tool on the job.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We identified an issue with site traffic that we'd have struggled to solve without the use of Content Square. It also provides detailed insight into what our site community are using across our sites and how they prefer to access it.

with a hybrid app, it's difficult to set up certain tracking on web-based pages that aren't native

using the content square as our main dashboard. was using multiple dashboards to analyze data.
Great features and business support
What do you like best about the product?
Journey analysis and click tracking help evaluate changes and new product launches on our sites from the user's perspective. These analytics provide support for our teams to understand effectiveness or pain points, and then we can make necessary adjustments. It's great to get useful consumer feedback in this manner to evaluate our decisions effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. We have been using ContentSquare for some time and are expanding usage throughout additional segments of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare helps zero in on where we may lose customers, what needs improvement and where we are doing well. As we plan through future development, relying on this data is critical.
Better understanding of the customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Their visual reporting makes it easy to see how customers are using our site. They also help us find friction points and UX issues we can't really see in traditional analytics platforms. Our account Manager Richard Horsman goes out of his way to help us with analysis and understand our business goals and our users' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with rendering screens due to the complexities of our internal network/browser security settings. Have seen a lot of improvements over time though, so nice to see they are figuring out how to work around it for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better understanding of what people are engaging with on pages and in their journey. Traditional analytics platforms can show you a user journey, but when there are multiple ways to navigate and engage with your page they dont really tell you specifically what people are interacting with, just the result. With ContentSquare we have a much clearer perspective on what is engaging on a page, where there might be friction and ultimately informs us of opportunities to enhance our experience.
Really enjoy using content square
What do you like best about the product?
Since we have launched beauty, I have really enjoy using content square to provide the beauty commercial team with homepage insights & learnings/actions to optimise our HP content. Louise our PM for farfetch content square, has been amazing assisting me with any queries!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes quite hard to navigate and set up dashboards on your own, hence needing Louise's asisstant

I appreciate quite a few things about ContentSquare, but to name the two major ones:
- The insights are clear, comparable and visual. No need to do calculations yourself or create charts.
- The team is very helpful, always there to answer questions, help set up research and even serve insights to us themselves

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is big, and you need to invest some time to get the hang of it. Which is worth it because the insights are valuable. And still a lot more simple than GA ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare helps me understand how to organize content, how features perform and alarms me when technical issues arrise. This helps me in decision-making and presenting ideas internally.
Invaluable data at the tip of your finger!!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Contentsquare now for the past two years, and in that time it has become an integral part of our CRO process! Not only do the team use the tool to analyse test performance, aid ideation and check and validate how users interact with our site in order to ensure users are faced with the best user experience. All data is available so easily in such a digestible format which also allows other users without a strong knowledge of the platform or a strong data knowledge to find data and interpret it.
The tool is constantly evolving to make the setup easier and the interface appears in a way digestible to every user. Like with any constantly evolving platform, there are sometimes bugs within the tool. However these are always solved in a short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Contentsquare is invaluable to my job and many others on my team. Because I use it constantly day in, day out I often do pick up on the tool being slow, laggy or buggy. But as mentioned above, Contentsquare are constantly deploying new things and evolving the platform so this is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows all users to take data-led decisions with confidence no matter what level of analytics knowledge they have. I truly believe anyone can use Contentsquare to find user problems on their site. There are so many places to dig and so many ways to dig further allowing you to truly get to full picture of the users journey and where the problems and pain points are within their journey.

Ability to find and visualize user journey pain points or, alternatively, successful site engagement trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual manipulation of widgets limits the workspace dashboard creation options. I'd love to see more drag-and-drop capabilities or appearance customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aiding and simplifying the annual and quarterly data review process, making it much easier and less time-consuming to find hidden insights that show value in data and improve the user experience.
A go-to tool to understand your customer behavior on your website!
What do you like best about the product?
The features including zoning analysis, journey analysis, and session replay, cover all the analytics needs to understand how users interact with the pages and navigate themselves through the pages. Using the features, page comparator and site overview, is also efficient for monitoring the site and page performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noting I can think of - it is a very user-friendly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is time-consuming to wrangle the data that needs a lot of bandwidth from the engineering/data analytics team. Contentsquare is accessible to users from different backgrounds, making site optimization more manageable and efficient.
