Worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare allows you to dive into the behaviour behind the metrics, to help understand the why behind what you see
What do you dislike about the product?
Defining the Segments /conditions can sometimes be laborious, and Mapping takes time, but once they are set up it's fine

We can identify friction points in User journeys and pinpoint where users abandon processes to improve Conversion rates, whilst identifying opportunities for change and reducing User frustration
An amazing tool to improve your website's UX
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Contensquare it was difficult to understand how users interacted on our site and what were points to improve to make navigation easy and intuitive.
Using this tool for analyzing AB test results has allowed us to make fundamental decisions to improve the UX of the purchasing process.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it's not that easy to understand how to set it up correctly and how to read the data, so some training is needed.
Also, it is not possible to archive old content and after a while, it gets a bit confusing within the workspace.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the restyle of the checkout process, it helped us understand where our users were struggling to improve it.
Good tool for analysis
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to use and offers metrics and types of analysis that other similar tools do not have (such as journey or zoning). I would also like to highlight the very helpful support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations creating targets, segments or mappings, such as character limits or the use of regex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to me to go deeper into product analysis and UX. The most useful for me has definitely been the Journey and Zone Analysis module.

there is a high potential for a lot of duplicated work across the business

finding data that might highlight customer frustrations, what we have realised is that a lot of data on it's own can still be interpreted in many different ways
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take time to join in webinars, the tool still requires learning but even the intuitive tools are very good

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, the product documentation enables a self-start environment, the team is responsive and thorough, and the tool helps us answer and resolve critical business questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI features are not intuitive like Session Replay (slowing down the speed) and so on. The controls are tucked inside of "settings".

ContentSquare provides a lot of powerful and interesting analytics and dashboard capabilities. These capabilities serve as a great starting point to analysis and gives visual insights into your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ContentSquare provides lots of capabilities and dashboards/visualizations, sometimes it can be difficult to find things in the interface. It's also not overly intuitive where the data are coming from and how to access raw data if necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having quick visualizations and dashboard views into insights about our product. This serves as a great starting point for additional research.

The possibility to do advanced analysis dedicated to the user experience, study the user journey and user flow to understand the pain point, other this permitted to sees some session replay
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the possibility to managing some aspect of the platform for example the mapping and a sometimes the platform have some problem to read the status of mobile version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bounce rate and exit rate for a different page, otherwise the campaign page, that we check wich element work or not, other this permitted to resolve the missing of A/B test tools
