Fundamental tool for improving UX

What do you like best about the product?
Once you know how to use the tool, it's very quick and easy to get valuable insights. Zoning Analysis is used frequently and is especially powerful regarding quick optimisations. In just a few minutes, you can identify users' most common issues and what is (or isn't) working for that page. I particularly like the ability to assign specific goals to the conversion metric to give you more relevant data for pages with different objectives.

Aside from the tool, the support given by Contentsquare has been massively helpful. Our CSM is always on hand to provide support and suggestions on how to push our analysis/optimisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No tool is without some issues; a couple of minor things I have found:
- The tool can get stuck 'loading' when looking at more complex data, sometimes requiring you to refresh or set parameters again
- The mapping module feels more clunky than other modules. Editing mappings or trying to isolate certain pages from mappings to analyse could be simpler
- Some data can be inconsistent when working with other tools, such as GA. It can be hard to decipher which is correct

It's also fair to mention that Contentsquare seems to be working on new features often and looking to improve the tool consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are relatively new to Contentsquare and analysis tools, it's significantly impacted our ability to be more data-driven. Previously, our decisions would be driven by recent trends or opinions, which is unreliable. Using Contentsquare, we can now demonstrate why our choices have been made and, more crucially, track their efficacy and report on their value.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoning analysis really brings to life what the user sees and acts like on a page!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that I don't have enough time to use it more.

They have improved the layout of our pages, and that gets customers to conversion pages quicker!

Powerful Tool Supporting Our Data Driven Journey

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is just to jump in and do some analysis, getting powerful insights within minutes. From zoning up a page to analysing a user's journey in a matter of minutes has helped us push our weekly trade reviews to ensure we're constantly reviewing the work we do. Analysing what our users are doing so we can react to any shifts in trends and ease any pain points. We are also hugely grateful to the Content Square team, particularly our CSM, supporting us on our journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the main downside with ContentSquare is the tool's speed; although getting to the data you need more often than not is quick, we can sometimes face speed issues when running more extensive queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often work on opinions, hunches... Content Square has helped us move away from this and be more data driven. Less 'I think we should do this' and more 'the data tells us we should be doing this'

What do you like best about the product?
UNLOCKING VALUE
Since we added Contentsquare to our analytics tech stack, it's paid back for itself a few times over. Contentsquare has allowed us to inject increased accuracy and actionable insight into our optimisation programme. We have seen a much higher success rate from tests informed by Contentsquare insight.

SUPPORT AND SUCCESS MANAGEMENT
The CSM team at Contentsquare are frankly second to none. They are a dream to work with and they have been instrumental in driving adoption across the business and helping us gamify the process so the buy-in, regardless of business function, was enthusiastic. This enabled us to have more eyes on our website data and gather more high-quality ideas than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike as such, but a watch out. The onboarding phase needs to be approached very thouroughly. It would be all too easy to jump in and start running analysis before proper configuration and data validation are carried out. Contentsquare pushed us to do our due diligence first and have been very helpful in the process. Make sure you factor in the right time and effort and manage expectations to ensure proper setup and quality management is followed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a D2C business, we constantly strive to improve our website experience. We take a very open and collaborative approach, which means everyone is happy to muck in and suggest improvement ideas. Contentsquare has helped us improve the quality of the ideation process.

In addition, we have uncovered a few low-hanging fruits in terms of optimisation that we never thought of before, thanks to the easy zoning analysis and visualisation, which before would have required a lot of manual work to uncover.

What do you like best about the product?
The things I value the most in Contentsquare are
1. the tool is very interactive, visual and easy to use that provides a lot of unique data about customers
2. the number of training materials available to get to know the tool
3. how much support we got and still get from our Solution Expert and CSM - who guided us throughout the onboarding process
What do you dislike about the product?
In our business, we make a lot of changes to the website and to track the impact of those changes, you need to note every change somewhere because the tool tracks the performance of the area on the website, not the content or the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand very easily how customers are navigating the website, what is their journey on site and what are the revenue opportunities we're missing out on.

What do you like best about the product?
There is always someone on hand to help wth queries/ show you how to use specific tools if you are unsure how to find something.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they could implement a way to organise zonings into folders so they can be grouped together for projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often need quick insights to know how a page is performing/ whether we need to move or change a specific part of a page so the 'live' tool provides answers!

An important tool for CRO

What do you like best about the product?
With a well-established rhythm of Quant web analytics use, we had no barriers in finding areas of opportunity to improve our CX. But where Contentsquare has helped is to provide a pivotal Qual lens to problems we were identifying.

In particular, the Zoning modules offer a simple and easy-to-digest view of how users interact with our experiences and how attractive they find them. We'll then tend to dig deeper into specific problems using Session Replay, allowing us to view user sessions and put ourselves in our customer's shoes.

In addition, we have been well supported by their CSMs and view them as an extended part of our core teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific downside for us as yet. Like any SaaS solution, problems can arise here and there, with minor glitches getting in the way - particularly in relation to some integrations. But we are always well supported to find timely resolutions when this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides insights in an area that would otherwise be a blind spot for us - visual Qual analytics. As such, it allows us to validate problems we find in our traditional sources of insights and is increasingly becoming the primary source in identifying possible areas of optimisation.

Content Square helps to look at website menu analysis to see where people are engaging. Very useful for seasonal amends.
