What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to onboard product teams on it and easy to grab insights from different features

Pricing, lack of deep-dive features, the simplicity of the UX is sometimes limiting when we want to go deeper

we identified a bug issue on our funnel, and we immediately benefited from it in term of CRO.
My time at ClickTale was one I will never forget (for good reasons only!)

I like ContentSquare beacause it is easy to use and powerful to get insights quickly for our product team by using CS live extension.

I dislike site modelization which is time consuming to be ready. It can be improve.

I can identify points of frustration of consumers and how they really navigate on site. It is very helpful to improve user experience
Clicktale helped to understand the user experience in a very clear and precise manner

Heatmaps are very useful. All kinds of heatmaps made the analysis easier

100 options of page preview, were usually the same. So this was little distracting

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is powerful. Zoning and replays are great. The Chrome extension is fantastic for anyone in the business to grab quick wins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the data when sampled can be difficult. Had a high turnover of CSMs on our account.

Easy to Understand User Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see exactly what the user is doing and gather that information from multiple users to create a heatmap. This will give the designers a map on to make better design decisions.

I actually never used it, rather was given the feedback/info from our Marketing partners.

Since you can see the user's movements, it is easier to understand the user's psychological state, which may be difficult to notice with just numbers.

I feel that the range of past data that can be viewed is short. Being able to view data for more than six months would make analysis easier.
