Super tool for CX and UI analytics
What do you like best about the product?
This is the easiest behavioral analytics platform or tool I have used so far. You don't need to be an analyst to gain meaningful and valuable insights from it. Before using CS, we primarily relied on GA, but the results were only mediocre. During our recent eCommerce replatforming, Contentsquare allowed us to solve problems and address issues very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey for sure. And the addons more so...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to identify UI/UX struggles and pain points with this tool. Analyzing and assessing the value of A/B tests is straightforward as well. So far, the return on investment has been excellent. The digital experience monitoring features, especially the error and speed analysis, have proven particularly useful during our eCommerce replatforming process.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Contentsquare is its ability to scale a large project down to customized and broad analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something that would be considered a "dislike". All software and software companies have room for improvements; however, Contentsquare does act on feedback immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, our company can see the "what" about our data in metrics. Contentsquare provides the "why" merged with the "what" within our data metrics.

Consider what you are missing in your analytics platform, then consider what those key performance metrics could mean to your organization.

i like the zonning part because it's very usefull for monitor operation

the cartographie part because each time we create a new page, we have to add it before analyzing

What do you like best about the product?
Simple way of visualising User and Session interactions on a website. Great account management support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that it was a steep learning curve due to how different it is from other analytics tools. Once mastered, it is terrific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pinch points in user journeys. Monitoring of core webvitals, great for using before and after a development goes live. Issues with scripts.

Almost... too much information to use! Everything else is brilliant!

Conversion rate, frustration points, customer journeys!
Amazing tool with the best inhouse support

It gives us quick wins and great insights into how our AB tests are performing and allows us to discover which areas of our site need optimization.

For some modules it would be great to have a multiple variant side by side overview, rather than being limited to only being able to compare 2

Great UX & UI insight analysis tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the various analysis tools available. Gives you a visual statistic, better for presenting to stakeholders and understanding customer experience. A great tool to evolve business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Projects aren't kept locally/offline, any projects created be it for demo/ad hoc are shared out. Therefore, the number of projects adds up as more users join and create their projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer journey. Where customers are leaving page, where they are struggling, what is the purpose of the page and are the customers engaging with this purpose.
Amazingly easy and insightful software helps us solve problems and validate theories
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use software that really helps to drill down with meaningful graphs to easily see where visitors are going within our site. You can quickly reverse the flow, too, so you can start with any page and work your way out. Super insightful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, really. The only feedback I would provide is the ability to change colors. That may actually even be a feature and I just don't know about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are always trying to figure out where people go when they visit our site, which pages or sections are most popular, heat maps showing where people look and click. We want to see if people are following an expected or desired path.

What do you like best about the product?
zoning analysis helps us see where users gravitate too, as well as the attractiveness rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just a lot to take in, it is a very robust platform, so it can be slow at points. This is understandable, and hopefully can be optimized in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritization of content based on user interaction, click rate and revenue driven by direct content areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the platform itself being very easy to use, it presents data in a very organized visual manner. This makes it easy to share with teams who may not directly use the platform. We've also had such a positive experience with the Contentsquare representatives that we've interacted with. Everyone is so helpful and it's easy to see that they take our businesses seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would keep data from more than 3 months ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had a chance to view user frustrations that aren't visible from other data. I personally like looking at zoning analyses for heatmaps and a visual way to view page performance.
