Best UX analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
being able to see behaviors that I can't see in traditionals webanalytics tools - easy to set-up - can be linked with others tools (particularly ABtesting tools which enable a qualitative analysis of AB Test)
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive but if the company is able to invest, it worth paying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Willing to have a product analysis tools that would enable us to optimize our customer experience and then our conversion rate
Contentsquare super useful for page version comparison
What do you like best about the product?
In the company I'm working on, we did multiple changes over the years on our web pages. It is critical to understand how these changes are impacting our visitors. By using Cntentsquare, we are measuring the performance of these changes, how customers interact with each section and how we can improve in the next review.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would like to see is to have a bigger timeframe of stored data. Sometimes 4 months is enough to see how the visitor interacts with our page, but in other cases, I would like to see more in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Mostly we use contentsquare to compare two versions of the same page and analyze how visitor interacted with the content sectons.

Navigation routes & navigation data help me the most in my analyses.

no data before 3 months, so you can't analyse and compare 1 year ago for example and you have to take some screenshots if you have an update of your website.

Mostly navigation routes of different pages that allow me to make some update, for example to add some texts to increase the comprehension of the offer

I wish I can select alternative DataViz sometimes when the sunburst graphic is not clear enough.

CS is very useful to Highlight elements that need attention, to solve user issues, conversion issues. Lots of benefits for the product and design team, including saving time to see clearly the issues and tackle them.

As a User Researcher, I see it as an extremely useful tool to access data easily and fast, and help to deliver early and often to your stakeholders.
Put your intuitions into perspective, gain neutrality, improve your UX & therefore your results!

Relying on the data collected by Contentsquare is a great added value. The tool makes it possible to put any intuition in perspective, gain neutrality and understand through data the user experience of our site visitors.

Getting started with the platform can seem complex if the user does not devote sufficient time to it, regularly. However the support team is reactive in the accompaniment and helps clients grow their skills

Contentsquare allows us to act at different levels of our e-merchant business: activity management, alerting, user behavior analysis, monitoring of UX optimizations...
Thanks to the complementarity of the modules, the platform offers the possibility of conducting daily analyses and continuous optimizations but also targeted projects (redesigns for example).

Very valuable tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful platform that assists with the data by exposing the user’s behaviors on our site during their journeys. Zoning analysis is a 5-star and very valuable tool! It takes analytics to another level.

Ever-improving technology and at-ready professional services
What do you like best about the product?
Content Square has the best combination of technology and professional services. Not that their technology is always perfect, but they are constantly improving their technology and expanding their breadth of offerings. We rely heavily on their professional services. What really works for us is their flexibility to work within our team structure and not force us into some rigid way of working (like many other vendors do).
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike. Things in the past that I've been dissatisfied with, I've voiced the concerns, and they've listened and addressed our concerns. That's the best we can ask for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of opening a ticket with the support team and getting a "Cannot replicate. Ticket closed."
