Great addition to your toolset!

What do you like best about the product?
Content Square gives a unique perspective as well as a robust set of tools to help in the decision making process of User Journey Mapping. It offers a ton of features and insights, both qualitative & quantitative that give you the basis for the data-driven decisions you need to make today. Features like a historical view of what a page looked like, in direct comparison to the current versions with all metrics at your fingertips. I will definitely add this to all of my future efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS is very robust, so with that, there is a learning curve. You have to dedicate a bit of time to understanding the toolset, in order to use it effectively and efficiently. Luckily, they have lots of training courses available as well as hands on help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving UserJourney Mapping, UX/UI Pain points, Exit points among a few.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would get this setup early on, so it can gather data. Just like the new GA4, you need to start collecting data as early ads possible. The more data you have, the more you will reap the benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
clear and intuitive reports. the comparison between heatmaps. the possibility of inserting events from the interface. technologically advanced and responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
integrations with other analytics tools, which I have not been able to fully test. a high cost that takes away from a large portion of interested parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how users interacts with website contents. behaviour journeys explain. troubleshooting. techinical errors

Customer Sessions Replay which were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give me all the features like which we have in TLEAF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used clicktale for analyzing customer issues which gives me enough points to troubleshoot the problem effectively.

Just compare all feature with TLEAF.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the greatest platforms that helps you in giving the best on your site. It makes you aware about what people are looking in your site and gives you the idea of their requirement.

This tools' working is really cool so I like it a lot.

It has got heat maps that allows you to know when and how much customers are coming and visiting your site. It makes you aware of all the demands and helps you build discounts and promotions for them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the amazing platforms that helps you aware about who and when visitors come to your site and checks for which sort of data. This platform helps in enhancing security and maintaining the customer services.

The session replays are very slow and sometimes they also get stuck which leads to time wastage.

This platform helps in better performance of the website which is done according to the analytics made by the this tool. It tells you the requirement of the customer who is looking on the site and helps you to compete with their demands for better sales and thus leading to good profits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because thanks to it we realize the mobilization of the client, obtaining information about what he is looking for, how he can obtain it and at what is the cost. I also like it because thanks to your help we can offer you a better stay. The CS extension you have is really necessary is a quick and easy-to-use tool that helps you collect live metrics without having to access the main software.
What do you dislike about the product?
ContentSquare has some faults that are becoming more and more noticeable, especially at the time of logging in and being able to access its home page from time to time is something a bit tedious. But they are failures that can be corrected to achieve better progress, since the product has excellent potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As time goes by we are creating more innovative ideas to be able to catch potential customers and create expectations to continue pleasing our brand, so we decided to go to ContentSquare because thanks to it we can navigate and get the information we want about our clients.

I definitely recommend this software because of its great potential because thanks to it, we can get closer and closer to what our customers really want to get.

This tool helps by telling you the customer data: their location, ID and also lets you know about their demand. This makes you aware about the requirement of users and enables you to make better strategies.
