Contentsquare is critical to my day to day. You need this!
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is more than a vendor in my experience. I look at them as a critical partner and the first team I call when I move into a new role. This is because of the value and service they bring. Not only that but the company hires THE best across the board. The support team, the marketing team, customer success team, exec team are just top notch. Thank you Contentsquare!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. I would love more precanned reports out of the box but I love that I have a voice in their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
democratized data has pulled various teams together that have never been able to align on data. I am in awe but its happening and I credit contentsquare for this. In general, I am discovering how my users are traversing my site and where there are pain points, my team and I can resolve them quickly.

Easy to use operation, visually see user behavior. Decrease in interaction with Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PDF download feature is somewhat inconvenient due to its instability, but overall I am satisfied.

Customer Insights and heat maps that help me all the time
What do you like best about the product?
ClickTale is a necessity for me and with the heatmap tool in place, I don't miss any data such as statistics on scroll reach, mouse movements, and clicks, as well as the areas of our sites that are receiving the most attention. ClickTale does an excellent job at capturing the qualitative components of user experience. The visual conversion funnels provide a great overview of landing page performance and how they interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the tool as such but if I have to highlight one thing that would be the inconsistencies with conversion stats at times. This is the reason why I am not using this information on Clicktale to calculate conversions as my primary source. Other than this the tool is perfect and also very easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my option, ClickTale's unique value proposition is its heatmapping platform, which it does an excellent job of delivering on. It has a number of maps accessible, each of which provides distinct and easy-to-understand information. The most important thing is that the data such as Hover time, hover order, and hesitation on this tool is very unique and I haven't discovered anywhere the data as such.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the journey function to be able to break down every pathway to see just how different pages perform and instantly see bounce rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is quite a complex system and I wouldn't have been able to self-learn it with confidence like other online analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking at conversion rate between different types of pages - I'm excited to keep being able to compare Womens landing pages vs. Mens landing pages to understand more about the online customers coming to our site.

Heatmaps ara great way to understand visitor behaviour on a page. The new option to get engagement on a page by using the extension without even opening the app is a great time-saver

Creating new parameters to track visits on existing Page elements is a little difficult compared to other functions

What do you like best about the product?
Great support when you have a question. Lots of events to learn more and discover the latest capabilities of the tool. Possibility to reach out to other clients of the solution and have a view on their experience and how they use CS. Their team is super friendly and helpful, I've been working with them in 2 different companies and the level of professionalism is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS takes time and dedication to get the insights out of all the data, but their training solution is there for that. They always have new technologies coming in to complete the offer but of course, this comes at an extra cost on the client side. Some events might be too 'high level' so it can be a bit disappointing at times if you are looking for very concrete examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can improve the customer journey and optimize content placement on the page to make sure customers flow in the right direction. It gives a lot more insights into how the layout influences consumers' behavior. We can dig deeper into AB test results to understand what they looked into when confronted with the variation instead of the original. We were able to spot UX issues with click frustration on elements that were not clickable or shouldn't be clicked on.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Conversion Manager, I use Contentsquare on a regular basis. It's a great tool, essential in customer experience analysis.
Their different platforms are very intuitive, the e-learning platform is just great and their support is of excellent quality.

The alerts module is not very customizable, and often I receive “false alarms”.

Their journey map is accurate and all, but just looks weird...

Jounrey mapping, value mapping, deeper understanding of user behaviour - with a simple zone analysis you can easily come up with. a dozen or more tests.
