Fantastic customer insights from behavioral patterns to conflicts on a page

What do you like best about the product?
So far I'm obsessed with Contentsquare for not only gathering metrics from past A/B and Experience Targeting testing but with all my insights even before testing. I've shown stakeholders why a particular change will or will not be beneficial, where spots on a page are going cold, or even learning where visitors are confused by our page flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Being unable to compare one device against another device side by side is a bit of a headache.
2. Mapping is complicated for an average user, even with Admin access. It causes a lot of grief.
3. Not being able to go back very far date-wise since we are mapped only back to May 2020.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep dive analysis in place of Adobe Analytics that is rather limiting and difficult to gather the full wants by our stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Zoning analysis is my favorite sub tool for not only seeing a page at a macro level but also going down to very specific CTAs or hyperlinks. 2. Being able to check specific visitor traffic flows from an entire page or an individual component makes CS very versatile. 3. Heat mapping is a bit wonky right now but very, very useful regardless of the slight quarks in data fields

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare really cares about their customers, this is unlike any other tool I've ever seen. They help you to increase the quality of your analyses, are always available for help and support, and organise all kinds of events to bring their clients together to share learnings.

The tool itself provides you with unique metrics, easy to understand visualizations, and easy access to insights in user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot assign roles to certain members of the team (edit / view / admin)
Sometimes the interface can get cluttered since you see all mappings, segments, goals, and zonings from all your team members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce the time we spend in meetings, because we can easily get the data for things we are discussing and take out opinions
It gives additional insights into the actual behavior on the website - why are our visitors dropping out, going back and forth, etc. It helps to give more insight in your data
By showing the conversion rate and revenue per click for each element, it really helps to convince different stakeholders of the importance of certain elements and helps to prioritize the required actions as a result

Get in touch with them, set up a demo, speak to other clients that have been using the tool for a long time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool that helps us to see who is visiting the website and he belongs where. It helps us to know what the user really wants and it enables to make good marketing strategies so that more users can be attracted to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything troubling in the site so i like it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is amazing as its analyses allows us to make better sales and increase the [prodcutivity of our department so that enhanced working can be done.

It is very advantageous platform that allows you to increase your progress and also let you know about any hackers and any other bad stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tol that helps you know about your users and anyone who visits your site. It helps in knowing them better and also prevents your site to get hacked and misused. Lets you know about the demand of the user so that you can make good strategies for them for better sales and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Session replay creates some issues but apart from that it is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helps us in building better content strategy and also making good publicity of products which will help in better marketing and sales. This will lead to good marketing and also in good productivity. I feel some difficulty in session replays which I ask the company to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like this tool a lot. It is and excellent analytical tool with easy to use features and better implementation. this tool is really great if used properly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent digital experience analytical tool that helps you with its great analytical tool that allows you to check an interpret the users behaviour who are visiting your site and checking in it. It detects all sorts of mouse movements of the customers thus also tells you what they want from your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good in use tool but sometime the issue comes in the replaying of the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helps with letting us know about the customer demands so helps us in better sales and better progress of the company. It also allows allowed me to make many different and diverse strategies for my company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great with its diversified and versatile features. Its installation is super easy and setup is very quick which saves your time. It is great for all sorts of company so I recommend it to try.

What do you like best about the product?
Content Square is a very efficient tool to get great insights that you can leverage to improve the customer experience and the conversion rate on your website. Besides, they offer a best in class support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing but are in the 2018 roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content Square helps us understand how and why are various customer segments behave the way they do on our digital ecosystem. Thanks to the insights we get from Content Square we can launch A/B testing campaigns or make directly some évolutions on our website to improve the Customer Experience and our conversion rate. For a company like ours that make billions euros per year in turnover on the web, we can make millions euros incremental revenus by leveraging this solution.

Content Square is complementary to your analytics and A/B test solutions and help you understand the behavior of your customers online.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool provides you with all the information about each user's interaction and experience. It can give you exact information about your app's functionality and help you know where to invest, whether it works or not, make adjustments, or stop investing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it is the perfect tool, but if I have to say something I don't like, it would be the price, because I wish all my clients would listen to my recommendation to have this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Profitability, user experience, and improvements in digital assets such as apps.

This tool is worth every penny they charge you. For me, it is the best in terms of the app and also its web analysis version. Simply the best.
