What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare to find points of friction, frustration, and positive interactions alongside visual context. Contentsquare is excellent for putting the visual alongside the context, allowing us to look at content in parallel with the data to make informed decisions across wide date ranges and different markets. My favorite aspect of Contentsquare is their continued development—they work to create or integrate a wide variety of tools and are always looking for new ways to analyze and utilize data. Their amazing team supports this explorative approach, ensuring we have first-hand confidence in the platform. The new AI Sense tool is especially impressive; it uses AI to explore complex prompts and provides actionable summaries based on true personal data, which is game-changing. The academy was helpful, and the team is great for support, even if the initial learning curve can be daunting.

There's an element of complexity with Contentsquare, given its extensive set of tools. It requires quite a confident technical skill and hardware to make the most of it. The initial setup and learning process can also be daunting, even though the academy and support team are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare to find friction points and analyze content contextually with data for decisions across markets. Their continued development and AI tools like AI Sense provide actionable insights, aiding in informed decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoning to see how pages are performing are really useful in my area of work

I find the format slightly outdated and difficult to use.

Where customers are coming from to site and where there are gojng and if they are dropping off. It’s really helpful for customer journeys

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the AI agent allows me to just ask a question instead of doing loads of searching. It's really helpful that in a minute, it tells me where people are exiting and what they're struggling with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the journey analysis view with all the circles is just not accessible. I think it could do with some more obvious labeling and call out insights. A lil tricky I found the training quite hard to follow it was quite advanced.

I use Contentsquare to check my content designs' efficiency and engagement. It helps me identify user journey struggles and attract content. The AI answers questions quickly, showing where users exit and struggle, saving me time.

It helps make decisions on offer placement and determines the optimal site locations for content. I appreciate the layout and like the user-friendly screen. I value the zoning analysis feature a lot, and it was super easy to create an account and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Zoning and page comparators features in Contentsquare very valuable as they are the most used features for us. They make it easy to quickly understand what customers are clicking on and how those interactions compare to customers who don't click. Additionally, setting up Contentsquare was easy and it continues to be easy to use.

Being able to integrate with other systems

I use Contentsquare for understanding what customers are doing on site. It's easy to quickly see what customers are clicking on and compare those interactions to better understand their significance.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent visual tools like Journey and Funnel Analysis. Brings the data to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some inconsistency between tools. Journey analysis does not have a “recently used” option when building new measurements but it does appear in other tools. Export options could be better/more flexible for bringing visuals into tools like PowerPoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring sales funnels which are particularly long in our business.

I like Contentsquare for its clean UI and how friendly it is for non-data users. I also find the Click Analyze feature valuable for understanding big numbers and trends of events.

Searching metadata especially custom events
