What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is crazy. You can make the right choice with the reliability data and can explore tons of segments.

Some minor bugs or slowness in the tool and sometimes the UX is not what is expected from this type of solution

I can analyze simple or complex segments and make the right decision for AB test or development.

access to detailed and tailored user journeys, zoning metrics, session recording as well as data retroactivity are essential competitive advantages to accelerate the collaborative usage of data

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis modules are precise and the segmentation is advanced. The ability to switch from one module to another based on an action. For example, a click on a button, it is possible to subsequently view the screen recordings containing this action.
The weekly tracking and the training platform for the tool/web analytics are also very high quality.

Needs to be organized. Can be a bit expensive.

The great strength of Content Square beyond their tool is their daily support, which allows us to discuss all our user journey issues. We truly feel like we have an additional person on the team.

Content Square allows us to understand the friction points of our users and to resolve our customer journey issues as quickly as possible to make them as smooth as possible.

The layout is super easy to navigate and very user friendly.

Nothing, it is very easy to use and I enjoy looking at the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly menu changes by using zoning analysis. Data such as click rates and conversion rates show us what the customers like/dislike about the website.

We have found the deep dives the Contentsquare analysts perform to be extremely helpful in getting granular insights and recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is challenging to grasp unless you are in the tool daily, weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems within our funnel flows, page layouts, etc. The benefits are endless around the customer behavior by using heatmapping, zoning, and especially session replay for our customer survey responses.

Really great training and the platform is so valuable - It will change your business and how you approach problem-solving.
