Effective Web Analytics Tool with Historical Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Contentsquare tracks everything with history. The initial setup was very easy. If I had to recommend it, I would probably give it a 9 out of 10.

Pricing is a bit unclear

I use Contentsquare for web analytics, helping with reporting and performance measurement. It tracks everything with history.
Intuitive and Easy to Navigate—Even Better with CS Sense
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is very intuitive to use & now that CS Sense is here it is even easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the additional modules come at an extra cost so some features like error reports might not be available to all customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my last role, CS was great for filling in gaps where metrics weren't able to be tracked and to look at menu interactions. Zoning analysis is very easy to understand and share with stakeholders to help inform data driven decisions.

Its user friendly and really does give you the ability to understand all customer behaviour across our site

Nothing, really! We’ve loved all the product updates, along with the new integrations.

It allows teams to access data themselves, while still relying on our Digital Analytics team for support on the more complex questions. This really promotes a self-serve, enabled data culture at Boots. Our entire digital department uses Contentsquare, so the use cases are wide-ranging.

Sometimes I find it hard to understand if the sample size is big enough to draw conclusions.
