Sense Engine’s Session Replay Summaries Make Issue Overviews Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The Sense engine’s capabilities, especially its ability to summarise session replays, are really useful for creating high-level overviews of issues and identifying potential solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not able to configure the theme or colours for heat map zoning. It would also be helpful if we could set up goals based on selector clicks, rather than only by zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see where customers are struggling on the site and where we can best support them.
Insightful and Efficient, But Learning Curve for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I find Contentsquare to be very insightful and love how efficient it has become with the use of Sense. I use zoning analysis a lot to understand the biggest boosts in conversion rate on certain landing pages. The initial setup was very easy, and I mostly used the page and product performance modes, which were very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to create mappings/segments/goals. It can, at times, not be user-friendly for new users. Perhaps making the menus a bit easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare for customer experience insights and boosting conversion rates. It helps quickly troubleshoot issues if there's a drop in conversion rates or other metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Contentsquare is to use and how quickly I can surface data. I really like Sense and how easy it is to use.

We struggle to get search and app performance data.

Contentsquare helps surface products sold within PLPs and lets me see what journeys my customers take.
Rich Analysis with Some Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the richness of analysis that Contentsquare offers, which fills the gap left behind by Google Analytics. The initial setup was involved, but we were well assisted, making the process smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin can be slow and seems to require a lot of memory, slowing down analysis. Sense AI doesn't always answer simple questions and sometimes claims it doesn't have data points that I know it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare for journey analysis and finding bugs. It helps me understand drop-offs during the funnel and validate design decisions. Its analysis richness fills the gap left by Google Analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Contentsquare incredibly useful for understanding how customers navigate through our site and identifying where they drop off, which helps us decide what content isn't engaging and where to optimize. We've noticed improvements in both our click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) thanks to the insights gained. I really like the ease and simplicity of the tool; it's intuitive enough that anyone can use it without being an expert. Another standout feature is Sense AI, which allows us to get to answers quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sense the most because it's super easy to use. The human language aspect makes it really convenient since I can talk to it like a person, not just an AI bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Sense can sometimes pull in incorrect data. Whenever I try and pull in flow data it says we only have 1 sale when that's not true.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see elements of the customer journey that you can't unlock in other tools, and seeing customer frustrations in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being reliant on the manual creation of mappings - especially frustrating on a large, complex website.

It is allowing us to identify friction in the journey and give the feedback to other teams in the business to fix the issues.
Easy to Use, Highly Visual for Refining Data

The heat maps are is easy to use and extremely visual which is helpful when reviewing data.

When using zoning analysis it is only applicable at page level meaning when you are trying to review a module that sits across multiple places e.g navigation tools it’s hard to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare to view customer journeys and identify frustration points on our website, which helps us know what to optimize. I really like the funnels we can create, which is quite helpful. The session replays are another feature I appreciate, as they allow me to view real-life customer journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Contentsquare could improve the way of sorting and filtering session replays. It would be helpful if we could create our own folders to store some.

How much data it can capture as well how visual it is, and how it can be integrated with other tools

Screenshots on heatmaps could be better - it would be helpful to keep accurate past screenshots taken with the relevant data.
