Contentsquare helps finding frictions and opportunities to improve websites
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very extensive with a lot of great options to visually analyze our web data.
Their support is very fast, friendly and helpful: any request is picked up on.

It does slow down our website which is not very helpful for the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare shows us where there are opportunities for improvement which we otherwise would not have been able to find.
The platform is very easy to use and very fast in showing the results.
It is also ready to present which saves time for presentations.
It gives us insights in the customer journey and which paths visitors usually follow, which we were unable to do before.
It also helps in getting more colleagues excited about analyzing and they are doing more themselves instead of usually asking one of the analysts, which makes all of our jobs more efficient.

Contensquare is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its use is simple and the information is relevant. Moreover, CS Live is a real advantage. It allows us to understand our journeys and identify points of friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. I love this tool, it really allows you to see at a glance the things that are going wrong and to be able to correct them afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allowed us to detect that our login process could be improved. Users were repeatedly trying to log in but were unable to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare provides us great insight on the full customer journey and behaviour on our site and it opens up for many improvements and easy fixes - that we might not would identifed without the tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the tool can be rather overwhelming and with a lot of information, but with a good onboarding it becomes userfriendly rather fast!

Provides great insight on customer behaviour, somewhat we have been missing answer to.

the level of insights you can gather is unbelievable - contentsquare allows you to deep dive into specific user behaviours throughout the user journey. you can see what behaviours are generating good conversions, what paths work the best and what elements on a page could be tweaked to drive greater outcomes. it's quick to gather insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a learning curve but you are supported the whole way. the contentsquare team are amazing with providing ongoing guidance and support and their help library is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i've used this tool to improve content on pages, create AB test experiments and even recommend significant changes to the overall site based on actual user behavior. it really helps to get buy-in and support when your recommendations are based on actual tangible outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is the best tool I've worked with to support UX/UI research. It's capabilities go beyond what other analytics tools can reasonably hope to achieve, and they go to such a deep level of detail you wouldn't think possible.
I expecially like the combination of different toolsets you're given to go through any investigation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be overwhelming, especially at the beginning.
The training focuses on building a mindset to use Contentsquare, but I think a little more time could be spent with hands-on exercises and case studies.
More work could also be spent on QoL improvements.

We find Contentsquare is best suited to support iteration improvements of our product's interface, by both providing a place for exploring improvement opportunities and verifying hypothesis of user behaviour that would otherwise go unnoticed
Contentsquare is a powerful and userfriendly customer data tool
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a fun, intuitive and userfriendly customer data tool with great visualisations, making the data much easer to comprehend than in GA. The userfriendly interface also make the tool available for a wider use in the organization. With Contentsquare you can track all relevant metrics for consumer journeys and behaviours on your site. I find the onboarding made by Contentsquare really good and they will give you loads of presentations and workshops and on top of that you have the Contentsquare University and Community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentsquare is an amazing tool and I havent experienced any downsides using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By understanding the customer journey and behaviour on site we can test ideas and hypothesis and make data driven decisions to improve the customer experience. The tool is equally good for bigger analysis as well as for gathering smaller insights for quick updates.
Super easy tool with lots of data and possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Even non analytics driven colleagues are likely to benefit from Contentsquare as it is one of the easiest web analytics tools on the market. Simple visualizations, short dashboards, reports enriched with product photos make the analysis really simple.

Sometimes I don't trust the data and creating zonings may get tricky

Easy visualiation of journey analysis, heatmaps showing more and less clickable zones, merchandising analysis

What do you like best about the product?
With Contentsquare we have various, powerful tools available. From journey analysis to zonings and recordings. In this way we efficiently and effectively map out the important barriers that our customers experience in our digital channel. And we can work in our teams to remove these barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a quite some dedication and resources to get Contentsquare implemented properly for us. Contentsquare helped us a lot in this process to get where we are now.

Contentsquare has brought several seperated tools to one platform integrated with each other. With these tools in the end, we can optimize our website leading to more happy and returning customers.

Probably the cost of the licence when you have such an important audience.

Contentsquare allows us to understand how users interact with our tests and helps us to identify issues or bugs.
In-Depth Insights for Optimizing our new website
What do you like best about the product?
The features allow us to get valuable insight on how our customers behave on the site, which means in our case, with an revamp in the pipeline, it allowed us to optimize our new website to enhancce user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can find for CS is that in order to go in-depth and analyzing below the surface, it is time consuming. On a day to day basis, sometimes this is difficult, but we recognize the importance to do so.

We are able to quickly identify what our customers like and dislike from our site, issues they experience and journeys that end in an exit and not a conversion.
