Objective usefulness for making decisions
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to target user issues and visualize their behavior. Allows you to test hypotheses and see which performs best. It also gives an estimate of the potential financial valuation of a design choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
This gives us information on the "what" but not on the "Why". The information received should be supplemented by user tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This objectivizes the discussions during the projects.
Great for visibility into key metrics for your site!

Session Replay, it really helps us find pain points to fix.

The 30 day limit to session replays, I wish it were unlimited if possible.

Some features need some user experience work, but overall it has never stopped me from using the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COntentsquare is solving the problem of what the customers and segments are experiencing on pages. This enables me to hypothesize and be more productive as a result.
Powerful Tool for Digital Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a very powerful tool for managing the requirements of my job as a digital data analyst. I'm able to view all our brands, across all our regions, and switch among them easily. The modules and individual tools provide clear answers quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a steep learning curve at first. This is my first time using a tool like this, so I didn't have much to compare it against. However, this is not something that should stop someone from using Contentsquare. The capabilities are worth the time they take to learn and then some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can capture, analyze, and report e-commerce website data, which I can turn into valuable information. The ability to create workspaces and save regularly produced reports makes things all that much easier and quicker, especially when sharing with my coworkers.

The journey chart is really my favorite features, to better understand the different path user take on our website

I wish maybe a way to put in parallel the quantitative data we received thanks to content square with the qualitative data we produce from user interview etc...

We save so much time by having a simple one stop shop for our user insights

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for non-technical marketers. It's flexible to create different goals and segments. Intuitive to analyze user journeys and onsite behavior to drive insights into marketing or product development teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyzed Insights have to be documented on a different platform. The ability to start a project and store insights per project would make the platform way more powerful.

Usefull conversion and UX tool analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple tool to analysis a customer journey and understand the way he interact with user interface.
A very reactive support and a nice team who is always available.

I don't really see cons. They always ask costumer about new features to get feed-back, so that they can upgrade their solutions. If something doesn't work or a feature is missing, you still have a powerful community to give you the best answer.

Content square give you the proper understand or what users are doing on your website. It gives you the pain points. You can analyse deeply your abtests and make your business grow.
Without data it is just another opinion!

Contentsquare plays a large role in shaping our UX and CRO roadmap.

It is hard to criticise such a poweful tool, I believe the only issue with Contentsquare is they offer so much it can be overwhelming when you first start using it.

The platform provides invaluable insights into customer behaviour on site.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is continously growing and getting better, the ContentSquare team is very open to suggestions and they take them very seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is so comprenhensive that sometimes is difficult to keep up with the full capability, which might be a drawback in my side only.

Contentsquare help us to have full visibility of the user's behaviour when navigating our pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization leverages ContentSquare to provide data-driven insights into the user behaviors of our intranet users hidden behind our firewall. We've leveraged the tool to guide governance decisions about optimizing our homepage, search page, global navigation, and many of our prioritized department web pages. ContentSquare data, insights and recommendations continually guide our user experience journey and have proven their worth tenfold.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could say more constructively, but I honestly don't have any criticism to add. The ContentSquare tool and team members we've worked with have all been wonderful beyond words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare has successfully identified friction points within our intranet experience and has provided specific and detailed recommendations on how to address them. One example would be the insights and offers that led to a complete redesign of our search results page. A comparative analysis of the year before the search redesign indicated that search refinements increased 51%, search depth increased 21%, and search exits decreased by 38%.
