IntelligenceBank is a simple enough platform
What do you like best about the product?
IntelligenceBank is an easy way to keep all our marketing assets in one place. The search function is thorough and downloading the pieces is nice with multiple options.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue with our IntelligenceBank is not the platform itself but more how it has been set up for our company. It is a relatively new system though so I'm sure that, with the ease IntelligenceBank affords, it will continue to be worked on to make it work best for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that the future of IntelligenceBank for our company will give us the ability to update pieces in the platform to have more autonomy and to take some of the workload off of our creative team. That would be exceptionally helpful to our local marketing teams.
Good platform for storing digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
Many options for exporting images, including resizing and cropping and easy to navigate as an end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited by the skills and effort of the individuals who run the database you're accessing, so there are likely more things the database is capable of doing than you're aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had multiple platforms in which digital assets were stored and now we are attempting to store them all in one.
Fantastic DAM for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to search for assets, no matter where they are on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Intelligence Bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank has solved the issue of asset being scattered around or just saved on individuals desktops which has allowed us to get the most out of our assets.
Streamlined approval and documentation platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the streamlining of approvals and documentatin that IB has enabled for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a power user and do not have any major dislikes at this point.

Documentation of approvals across multiple marketing channels.

It's an easy and straightforward software to use. Decent communication lines and easy to navigate.

Slow performance when downloading or uploading in bulk.

We are able to store all assets on one platform and able to send projects easily through the workflow feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Easy system to use and navigate. Allows us to connect our staff and dealers to personalized views of uploaded content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on custom tools and no prior education on best practices for organizing data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allows us to have a single point for providing a repository of all of our digital assets i.e. Images, videos, documents, etc.
Very easy, customizable media library creation and management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily upload and manage assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could drag and drop folder and assets into different areas instead of having to go through the folder hierarchy. Wish I could package a specific amount of assets within an existing folder and then link them to share with a user. I often need to show people where certain assets are within a folder but don't want to just resend the folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an agency user tracking for KFC who uploads and manages their library of content for their many franchisee/regional users.
