Great DAM for business with many distributors
What do you like best about the product?
IB DAM makes it easy to ensure that all of my distributors always have up to date digital assets
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really - I find the system perfect for my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to ensure that my distributors have access to and use latest images of our products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brand your portal with your colors and logos for a more professional look.

I can brand the look and feel of the software.

Nothing... it's great! I really have absolutely no complaints which isn't something I can say about most SaaS products.

Storing and sharing ad creatives with our customers across the world.

Organize a demo with one of IntelligenceBank's sales reps and use the time to set up your DAM.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if it provided a complete desktop sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of projects on the go at once and need a good way to centrally manage a range of information and feeds (proposals, collateral, marketing material) and need to be able to access material and send to clients with simple processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a DAM that is easy to use and where help is available when you needed this will be a great product for you. Make sure you look at the mobility options as they can be very helpful.

Helps me to stay organised. User friendly.

There is no integration with the Shopify cms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed help in ensuring that my staff posts product images that have been approved making them consistent across the site.
The DAM product is excellent. Very user friendly and fit for purpose.

There is nothing I can fault in terms of service from IntelligenceBank or interface from a user perspective

Nothing to dislike. Its great and I would thoroughly recommend giving it a trial.

Unfortunately in my current role I am no longer user IntelligenceBank but working towards introducing it into the business. Its well worth giving it a trial. You won't regret it!

UX is a bit clunky in parts. The screen layout is ok but still room for improvement.
