Basic for my needs

What do you like best about the product?
Having an indesign plugin. Using the filters to search image library.
What do you dislike about the product?
InDesign plugin is VERY basic, it should have access to filters and view different sized thumbnails as a MINIMUM. Tagging (using the browser) is cumbersome for bulk uploads. Updating images to add to existing libraries (it is hard to make a logical connection) and just moving files around (it is hard to see - need different view, list, thumbnail size options, especially when sorting large groups of images that are similar poses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tagging images and the ability to search our library for relevant images, and place them in indesign. cutting out steps in the workflow and having less files to carry around.

What do you like best about the product?
it's as user-friendly as I have ever seen. It's straight forward and presents a very logical path to find the information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't seen anything I'd say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem, searching for documentation needed to support a sale and installation of the product

Having trouble getting Sitecore connector to work, migration issues

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of upload, customisation of system to be set up for different forms and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on migration uploads falls far short of what we need to do be able to do this well.
Have not been able to sort out Sitecore connector for months, hopefully we can progress it so we can use it for more use cases internally.
Log in button on top right is confusing and reverts to a screen that fails to log in when clicked by accident by staff instead of using SSO.
Duplicate detection does not work.
We would like the calendar and search functions to be able to be saved shared across users to create fields/tabs to allow better streamlining of editorial tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with storage for images, but as it's not connecting to platforms properly, we are unable to use it seamlessly. We hope that as the plug ins work well, our use cases come to life.
The reporting via the forms has been made easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Its fully customisable based on your businesses needs and uses. It allows for greater compliance around privacy and usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Intelligence Bank. No downsides that we can note thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing for teams across the globe to share assets in way which has stricter governance and compliance. This allows for less repetitional hazards, and breaches of privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use IntelligenceBank for approvals and as a storage hub, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. I also like the approval flow, which allows for easy collaboration and keeps everything in one place. The setup was smooth with a lot of assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, it does what it needs to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IntelligenceBank mainly for approvals and as a storage hub, keeping us complaint. Its approval flow makes collaboration easy and efficient, with everything in one place.
