What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we’ve experienced is that sometimes the platform can be slow to load—but considering the vast number of assets we manage, it’s understandable. Overall, this has been a minor issue in an otherwise stellar experience!

The platform makes it easy for our team to collaborate efficiently, with features that allow us to share, approve, and distribute assets seamlessly across departments and external partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank allows for a lot of customization of their interface which gives the tooling a very brand centric look and feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Intelligence Bank DAM takes a lot of management in order to organize it in a way that is effective. The search features are also lacking so generally you need a lot of knowledge of the product and your assets in order to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IntelligenceBank DAM allows us to store all of our digital assets and brand assets in a single location where everyone who needs access to the assets is able to get access to what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
As a manufacturer's rep, I deal with various products from multiple companies and I need to look up product details quite often: drawings, specs, installation instructions, etc. I probably use Intelligence Bank about 1x/week to look for documentation to help my customers/end-users.
The manufacturer that uses Intelligence Bank has a medium-sized portfolio of products. Being in the construction industry, there's a fair amount of documentation for each product. The documents are well-organized, easy to preview, and easy to download.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike. everything works smoothly from my end user viewpoint. the biggest issue I can imagine is how well the company implements Intelligence Bank and how they organize their document libarry.

Helps me find technical information that I need to sell products.

The filters to the right - "does not contain" AND/OR have been super helpful in filtering results.

I feel like the Name filter with AND and OR doesn't return actual results all the time. Or maybe they're case-sensitive.

It is a place to store assets of different types in one central place, with tagging and searching functionality that helps us stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to consolidate resources for easy access anytime we need. I use it almost every day
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could see that may improve in the future is the PDF viewer. Sometimes I cannot see the preview easily so I end up downloading the document to view it that way and make sure I have the correct one.

It gives us an easily accessible place to organize and share digital assets and brand assets. This saves time.
DAM it works
What do you like best about the product?
When the recieving end can view files it works great. Takes a few different links from sending partys to sometimes see content needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Recievers can often run into privacy blocks or hidden content. Might be internal processes, but I have no view of that end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a decent way to send large files without damge or compression.

I love having a library of digital resources available to me whenever I need them. It's convenient to have control over the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface is a little hard to figure out sometimes when it comes to downloading or printing assets. It could benefit from a more intuitive UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank provides an instant resource to digital content that I can print and use for promotions, marketing and operations. Not having to contact a middle man to complete these tasks is very convenient.
