Essential for Understanding User Behaviors
What do you like best about the product?
Heap has helped us understand the usage of our product, where users go, how they interact, and more. It has been really useful. I also love the fact that they have suggested reports, so it helps you ask (and answer) questions you may not have even thought of.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike with Heap specifically. It is a large and powerful product so it takes a good amount of time to understand it and be able to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Heap we have finally been able to understand behaviors within our product. We have insights that we haven't before, so we can be more educated when making decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ability to create no-code events as a Product Manager. The CSS selector

Helping us understand the engagement created by new features
Simple and clean UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Heap is and the UI makes it very easy to navigate through the app and all its features

I question about the reliability of the data. So my company we have certain metrics that are pulled differently than the ones from heap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap is critical for us to test out different aspect of our product and how often users interact with them

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to put together charts to quickly find insights

Would be great to have easily accessible descriptions of dimensions for non-technical user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying inflection points in key metrics
Software seems very powerful - I need to become better at utilizing it.
What do you like best about the product?
It has such a wide range of capabilities. It seems like if you know how to use the software it is extremely powerful. I wish I had more time to learn. Our support rep has been very helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have struggled to know how to pull the information that I need. I also think it can be difficult with multiple users in the system creating new events and tags, it feels like we are stepping on each others toes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to back up our product feature enhancements with customer data and metrics. This is very powerful when presenting to leadership and other team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to set-up time and resources for training. The software is very powerful but not completely intuitive. Need someone who is good at learning programs.

How and when people are viewing the blog.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Auryc is simply watching user sessions to get a better understanding of how our users interact with our website. We're also able to see where the user is from (source, campaign, medium) to get a better sense of how users interact by channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is helping us understand potential roadblocks during the user journey, especially when checking out.
Auryc - Next Level Session Reply Tool - a must for site owners
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, it's a must-have in your web toolbox; being able to get actionable insights in almost realtime is fantastic, others we have tried in the past do not compare to Auryc, I would highly recommend for any site owner, If you want to know how your visitors are behaving on your site, Auryc is for you. Support is great as well

there are so many feautures, i don't have enough time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can find usability issues with our application that without Auryc it would be a lot of manual work

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool. The ability to quickly view session replays or heatmaps for specific journeys/landing pages is superior to any other product on the market. The insights section allows you to build custom reports and events quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't necessarily call this a dislike, more of a call out that it's quite a powerful tool and the interface definitely has a bit of a learning curve. With so many features and functions, it takes a minute to get up to speed. Well worth your time!

We are trying to optimize paid media landing pages to increase conversion. We have been able to acquire actionable insight through Auryc and changes made have led to significant improvements in ROI.
The most robust and robust analytics solution to improve the digital experience
What do you like best about the product?
Heap is a software that has a lot of operational and analytical resources that support our sales process and e-commerce decision making. The dashboards have good default views and are customizable, which is something I really liked. Through these analytics we have been able to gain insight into user behavior and gather important data to devise future strategies for customer and marketing success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adaptation process has not been the most pleasant, the training could have been smoother. This product has a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap has helped us provide a better digital experience for all our users and has made our data analysis more robust. Its analytical capabilities have been extremely helpful in having a clear landscape of our product performance and has played a defining role in our decision making around sales, marketing and even our customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an incredibly powerful tool for detailed analysis of products, web behavior and customer interests. I would definitely recommend it.
