What do you like best about the product?
Conversion funnel reporting is easy to use and update and provides quick results. I also like how you set definitions which can be referenced across reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to create combo definitions without having to create each individual one first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly conversion funnel issues, we are aiming for monetization KPIs at our early stage startup and these reports hve been immensely valuable across the team as we strategically drive to growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If youre looking for powerful and easy to use funnel metrics and reporting, look no further than Heap.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability. It's an agile tool to derive insights from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like out-of-the-box reports to utilize. That would cut down dev. time as long as the objects map to what the dashboard represents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to gather much more insights from objects that would take an extremely long amount of dev time to tag. We have a site calculator on our site and we're able to easily tag each specific module and also capture every answer.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create detailed insights into any of the interactions with our site by users. If you can think it you can create a report for it in Heap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to show data points on the line graphs

Seeing how users interact with our funnels and where our huge drop-offs are for us to address. We are able to look at how all of our marketing channels are performing and allows us to find opportunity.

Best alternative to Google Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup - most of the time you don't need dev support to create goals and all goals are tracked automatically from the start so there is a rare moment of "Oh SH*T we forgot to track this particular goal"
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with Google Tag Manager and sometimes creating a conversion goal need dev support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Built-in attribution model to get an informed decision on what's working and what's not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a platform to track basically almost everything from the start, I would recommend Heap.

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc has helped my company discover where our website was lacking in content, load time and performance. Their support staff is friendly and provides detailed analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is quite high and may be prohibitive to some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just one month into our new website launch, we've seen our bounce rate cut in half. We're now in the process of tweaking pages and content to optimize performance.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the recorted session and the report. it is very useful for us to see that percent of user are user certain browser/ device.
What do you dislike about the product?
somtime the click does not show at the right spot. I would like Auryc team to look into that. when user click on a object on the recorded session it should display on the correct spot.

trobulshoot issues. it is very easy to see exactly what user were doing when they face issue.

We are solving several issues with Auryc: Improving site conversion, preventing fraud, validating multi-variant testing, assisting customers through their feedback widget, and so much more!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view sessions and review the steps that users take in our sites
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a lot of fields grayed out depending on the device. For instance, date fields that cannot be seen in some device sessions but can be seen in others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Error messaging in our websites. Zeroing in on when the errors are encountered and researching if we can improve the errors for a better user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to see customer feedback and watch how they used your website. If you are wanting to make your website more user-friendly, what better way than seeing how they actually use it firsthand!

We have had customers who have a hard time finding a page, and I have watched how which keywords they use or what areas they click to find something. We usually have what they are looking for, but we have learned better ways to make it easier to find.

We also look at the negative versus positive keywords to see what the commonalities were. For example, we foudn out our checkout had glitches with PayPal because many customers comlaints has 'PayPal' mentioned in their negative reviews.

There is also a heat map feature which is handy to show you if any scrolls and clicks below the fold on any pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I takes a while to figure out how to use the system best and find the sessions. If any changes are made on the checkout pages, it can disconnect from sending all the information to the platform.

You cannot see any pop-ups in the session viewer, so you can miss some of the steps the customer used in sign-up forms or checkout pop-ups. You can now track some of the PayPal checkout process, but we were not able to see if there were any issues there before. This makes it difficult to see what exactly between PayPal and our system went wrong.

We only see the session of customers who placed orders. We are not able to watch someone browsing live even if they are logged in under their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports break down which devices and browsers customers use, and you will see which device and browser are used on individual sessions. This helps, for example, if we do not notice any issues on Google Chrome desktop but see that iPads with Safari have glitches. We then report this to our IT team, who can watch the session and see what happened exactly to fix it.

Besides fixing checkout, we have also updated the design layout of our pages to fit where customers slick and search more.
