Auryc meets the unique needs for B2B Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The support received at all levels is second to none. From the POC, business validation, implementation, and ongoing support. Our platform serves Dealers, lenders, and multiple integration partners. With the implementation of Auryc, we are able to better monitor the behavior of our users and have a pragmatic approach to improve the UX and workflows backed by data. The ability to drill down from the analytics directly into sessions gives new insights to take action. The capability to have sessions come through with user feedback enabled by the integration with Qualtrics is another key benefit of the platform. Our Client Success and Product/Engineering teams do not need to contact the customer in order to observe user and platform behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more use cases with B2B companies in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Removing UX friction backed by analytical data
* Ability to observe user behavior without having to travel to customer sites during COVID
* Site feedback that now has the session replay
* Giving troubleshooting teams the ability not to have to reproduce a behavior

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Auryc should be on the shortlist for B2C and B2B companies evaluating tools for getting closer to users and uncovering insights to drive decisions for product and business.
Powerful Tool and an Attentive Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
The level of support and responsiveness provided by Auryc's team is fantastic. The features offered on the platform are quite robust and any time I had questions they were ready to help me find what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for the product is fairly steep. I reviewed their blog and their help documentation which was a good start, but I think new users would benefit from more in-depth training resources, and the user interface could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to gather very specific quantitative data and insights helps us further identify, support, and communicate UX issues or areas of opportunity.
Good event tracking and funnels with unique user activity videos
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to track new events anytime without getting developers involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little confusing when looking for more basic reports, but funnels are clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful for tracking differences between mobile and desktop usage patterns.

I appreciate how responsive the head of product and his team is. They are dedicated to making sure that the product is a value to my company and that they address any of our comments and concerns and we know how to take full advantage of all of its features.

Honestly, I do not have any dislikes at this time.

First of all, understand better the user's behavior.

Ask for training sessions to understand better the platform and also advice regarding your business to Auryc so they can set up a customized baseline.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is a great company to work with, their customer service is exceptional. The tool works great
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I'm happy with the tool, although if I have to say one thing, you need to have training to really take advantage of it. Is intuitive enough but you still need to practice to understand how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking into website vitals and trying to make improvements

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to watch user sessions to identify the friction points in a conversion funnel is incredibly valuable. I have used this tool on two different products, and the product team has gleamed insights on real world user frustrations with the product which you do not always get out of usability testing or analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe. The product, engineering, and professional services teams are incredibly responsive at Auryc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you make notes on session videos, it is not always easy to locate the videos with notes or certain keywords in the notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving up conversion rates.
Great Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a great suite of features and reporting capabilities for Marketing, Developers, and the UI/UX team. The custom reports are incredibly flexible. The Feedback Survey and Session Replay functionality is invaluable gaining insights into analyzing User interaction and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data paralysis, too much data to consume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site performance, Technology troubleshooting, and UX analysis. We have gain valuable insights in site engagement, UX/UI improvement opportunities, and conversion metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is a great tool that has helped us identify errors, rage clicks and issues in our workflow. It is greatly helping us view our user behavior. Auryc team is amazing to work with and so friendly and helpful. They are very responsive and with you the whole to ensure your success.

Fantasic Tool & Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is an amazing tool. It is very user friendly and the sessions replays and abilities to create custom events are great for understanding customer behavior and troubleshooting issues. We also user Auryc's Customer Feedback tool, which is completely customizable.
My favorite part of working with Auyrc is the team--they are incredibly responsive and helpful.

We use Auyrc for gathering Customer Feedback, investigating customer complaints/issues, and analyzing customers' journeys and engagement. We have a must better understanding of our customers' behavior and painpoints thanks to Auryc.
