An excellent platform passionately supported by a extremely knowledgeable and responsive team.
What do you like best about the product?
How comprehensive the platform is. It provides a depth of insight unique in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
A somewhat high learning curve. The initial support provided by the Auryc team helps to overcome this, but the UI could still use refinement focused on ease of use for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to make our UX design process much more efficient. Auryc allows us to prioritize enhancements in a truly objective fashion.
Very useful tool and amazing support team
What do you like best about the product?
That we can watch actual user's sessions to understand what is working or not, so that we can make informed decisions with our user experience. And, their team is fast, friendly, and so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve felt steep, but once I dug in it really wasn't. And, their team is so ready to help you get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the high and low points of our user experience. We've finally been able to track down some longstanding login issues that we could only have found by watching actual user sessions.
Auryc is the best tool I've ever used to understand our customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc allows us to understand our customers from their perspective; From understanding how they interact with our site and features, to identifying user friction and common pain points. This is a must-have tool for product managers. Working with Amod and his team has been an amazing experience - they have excellent customer service and a customer success mentality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a small learning curve, though Auryc's team has always taken our team by the hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding and reducing customer friction, KPI measurement, and customer interaction to achieve product success.
Can't get enough of Heap!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy to use the Tool is! Even for non-"data-minded" people. Love the reports, the sleek design, and the myriad ways to slice/dice the data and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I don't have enough time to research a lot more about the inner workings of reports to learn how to use the tools more insightfully. I think I'm really using the tip of the iceberg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm zeroing in on users who either aren't using our platform enough or are not using specific parts of our platform. This data guides me in reaching out to those users and providing extra resources they might need to increase adoption and potentially secure contract renewals and upgrades down the line.
I also provide adoption reports based on Heap data to several of my key clients. They love these monthly or quarterly adoption insights report, made possible by Heap.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Weekly Newsletter? Digestible "hot tips" for specific use-cases? I know I need to spend more time learning about the platform but some suggestions would be super helpful and much appreciated!
Very informative
What do you like best about the product?
The data is sooo informative. it gives us very good insights
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say the pricing model. A feature or automation we wanted was a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving data problems. We just inject data in our platform but ko way of studying it or seeing a trend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be ready of what data you wanted.
Great platform to supplement other analytics platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
Heap makes it very easy to create and share reports on the fly. The ability you have to view event counts retroactively also puts less pressure on dev and e-commerce teams to set up events prior to go-live. You can also send links directly to reports, which makes collaborating on data-based decisions a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heap lacks some of the basic analytics tools you probably expect from a data platform, including the ability to add multiple metrics segmented by 1-2 dimensions (like the table feature in Google Analytics).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to share reports and collaborate much faster than before. No need for extra spreadsheets or data sources in most cases.
Perfect tool if you don't have it all figured out at the beginning
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I don't need to spend hours mapping out every metric and data point I will ever need before getting started with using Heap analytics - being able to create events after the fact and still view the data is simply fantastic. The configuration is point and click, which makes for an easy set up, especially for non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of features and functionality of Heap and it can be a little overwhelming at first. This is a good problem to have but I definitely found it intimidating at first but stick with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Heap to better understand our users' full journey across our site and their interactions with the various touch points. We've also been using it to optimise our conversion funnel.
Data tool that's fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
As a UI/UX designer the parity between interface and usability it is crucial. I've never had the mind for scrubbing databases, or (while still very helpful) investing hours into watching replays of user tests. Creating KPI's for our users' journeys through various components of our app using Heap is much like creating a custom recipe - there's creativity in problem solving that can be as custom as you require for the precise feedback your team needs to improve the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the myriad of options provide a ton of useful opportunities, there is a learning curve to really get the most out of Heap. While these features are all independently useful, sometimes it's a bit of a struggle to determine which strategy to use when seeking a particular result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in transition with many of the main components of our app, from administrative workflows to our editor, and with much needed updates from functionality through to interface improvements it's important to use Heap to track our users' progress through some of the more reworked areas of the app, as well as measure the success and/or usefulness of new features.
Very helpful in my day to day
What do you like best about the product?
The custom dashboards are very helpful and it is easy to switch time frames to be able to identify trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a bit difficult to share reports between colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking in on my clients usage of our product.
Identify where they are spending time with our product and what features they are using most.
Keep an eye on when a client's usage drops.

Complex but powerful customization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize definitions according to behaviours and third party data injected in Heap, it's faster and easy for a developer to create tracking behaviours and merge data into the system, their integration with data warehouses makes it user easy to push data into and mix with reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
That every step of the process needs to be configured, it makes it highly technical and sometimes it requires multiple team collaborations, the integrations to get data and report from multiple sources is sometimes hard to build requiring to build the report somewhere else where data can be extracted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User behaviour tracking, account matching, experimentation, AB testing and conversion tracking, data analysis on extraction and segmentation of customers based on integrations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cheaper than other tools but to construct the entire data stream you'll need technical cross-collaboration and third-party tools to manage and push the missing information into the system.
