Speedy but Could Be Faster

What do you like best about the product?
I use Moveworks for chat and appreciate how it expedites finding answers or submitting requests. I like its speed, even though I think it could be faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the speed could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks expedites finding answers or submitting requests, providing speed in processes.

Intuitive and Responsive, Yet Lacks Local App Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I find Moveworks intuitive, fast, and responsive. I also like its capability for getting resolutions, performing analysis, and the dashboards and graphs it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some of the common apps used in Asia, especially around local government products. Also, it could use some 'useful' next prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope Moveworks will transform our back-office user experience and energize the workforce. It looks intuitive, fast, and responsive, from getting resolutions to performing analysis with dashboards and graphs.

Highly Usable but Needs Data Integration Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
I like Moveworks for its integration with ServiceNow within portal and teams. I find it meets the customer where they are, like in portal and teams. I appreciate the usability and its ability to retrieve answers for questions and catalog item submissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't care that it still requires data to be ingested when the data already exists in ServiceNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks meets customers where they are through portals and Teams. I use it to retrieve answers for questions and catalog item submissions.

I can interact with the agent in MS Teams to get ticket updates and submit comments

None that I can think of at this point now

Easy Setup, Quick User Support, Needs More Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I like Moveworks for its ability to provide quick answers for users and approvals for catalog items. I also appreciate the ability to do approvals on the portal. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the ability to 'do work' - it also cannot work with catalog items that have scripting on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks provides quick answers for users and approvals for catalog items.

I like that Moveworks is so user-friendly, making interactions with employees appear more human-like. I find the conversation chat particularly valuable for its ease of use. The initial setup was easy, which is a huge plus for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Moveworks, which gives a good user experience. I also enjoy the front-end experience and its ability to integrate with enterprise tools.

The config process seems too technical and requires heavy training.

I find Moveworks provides employees a unified point of intake for any type of service while integrating well with enterprise tools.

Definitely better than most bots I know in terms of response accuracy.

Insufficient response and more reliance to human agents

faster fulfillment of repetitive requests such as password reset without needing human intervention
