Compared to other tools, the ease of use is great and doesn't require a technical background.
Big companys as well as small can benefit from the daily use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Is not easy to implement, especially if there's a small engineering team.
Data schema can become complicated and if there is not continous tracking, events and alerts can become a problem.
Costs can be high for a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude es used as our premier product analytics tool for a financial app. Helping us understand user behavior and prioritize which feature should be changed next. Amplitude helps us increase retention and improve flows that can cause friction with users. Also we are able to conduct experiments and measure outcomes that directly impact the product.
