What do you like best about the product?
ability to adjust codes to changing business environment. Excellent academy for learning and upgrades of skills
What do you dislike about the product?
high licensing cost? Difficult to retain resources who were trained as they are highly sought after by other companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case management system managing and selling banking products at branches. Using Pega platform had increased product per sale for our frontline.

What do you like best about the product?
Adopting to the industry like having BPM, RPA, AI etc in the single bundle..
Alos the Zero coding concept
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime Sales are overselling the product. So Customer feel like Pega can install and run as a product which is not true in practical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all type of Automation. Good ROI if we use Pega properly

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect tool for large business process management driven transformation, with integration with OpenSpan for driving robotic process automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas of improvement include better integration with Openspan and Python libraries for driving enhanced machine learning solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving large scale business transformation, involving multiple parties, and stakeholders (including internal to the organization and external to the organization). Various complex use cases including workflows going across various groups in the organization, few user interfaces exposed to external organizations like attorneys, integrated document management capability with authentication and authorization to ensure data & information is secured and accessed by appropriate users only
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage Pega for complex business process management aspects, where integration with document management, large volume of details are part of transaction.

Great product when leveraged for what it is good at

What do you like best about the product?
Pega is extremely versatile and it is extremely easy to create new applications to handle tasks. As a business user I was able to learn the software easily and am able to create and update various aspects of our application on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup is critical... the consulting company that developed our initial release made some decisions on configuration of the application that we have been working to unravel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Pega to manage a rebate program. We have increased visibility into the transactions that are going on in our system and have an easier time deploying updates to logic for the behind the scenes processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implementation is key. The closer you keep to ootb functionality the easier it is to maintain. Product really excels for BPM. The process we're using it for doesn't fit quite into that box so there are a lot of custom processes that can become difficult to weed through and maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the Pega platform is so versatile, and intuitive. The possibilities seem fairly endless to streamline your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific dislikes for the Pega platform itself. I think that as long as you set yourself up with some foresight as to what changes you'll need down the road, it can work really well.

What do you like best about the product?
We engaged Pega to help us with Robotic Process Automation. Part of the ambition was to establish our own capability within the business to continue building RPA after Pega had departed. The Knowledge transfer we received from Pega was invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contract negotiations were complicated due to changes required by GDPR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process automation for pension administration. Created FTE saving by automating manual process. Also removed defects by

Range of features for low-code development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of skills in the marketplace. Some additional licensing for components required for real work, such as batch recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still in progress, but we need to make recommendations in real-time to our customers and advisors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Re-check what is included and consider staffing costs.
