Amazing UI Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I'm wondered to see the inherent capabilities of the Pega Platform that allows you to build wide variety of customer UI needs. I think majority of Pega Community feels that it is merely possible to generate user interface directly at runtime (customer portal) by reading fields(controls), field types and labels information from the database table. We achieved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are lot of capabilities of the platform are still unreachable to developer / partner / other communities. Due to this, customers are being diverted to other technologies to fill the gaps which are quiet possible with Pega Platform. Considering the Angular JS for UI needs is one good example here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most vital task for the business today is to have unified view from diversified implementations in their IT landscape. This is the the key task for every business to keep up with customer expectations, regulatory and governance changes and stay head of the ever changing business challenges and competitor competitions.

This is a great product offers everything that needs today under one platform

Pega's ablity to adopt changes and Open for customization. Reduced time to delivery at the same time Capturing the changes in requirements and Reports

Some times the Product bugs which were still in the product in spite of reporting in the lower versions

I have been with Pega from last 10 years, during we have delivered many projects like Process Automation, Contact Centre, Dispute Resolution, etc

This is simply an amazing platform to be used for the organization, amazing capabilities of integration with legacy as well as other systems. easy to implement and maintain to reduce the TCO

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create bpm solutions faster. Even a person with least programming experience having knowledge on pega can build the solutions with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's costlier to get trained in pega. And some what difficulty in finding courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR app solution, lot of benefits including automated processes, easy to build, change a process. Simple fast. We will exactly know where our data is flowing in the process. The best is UI Of pega design. Just pegs is build for change

World is constantly changing pega is built for that change. So consider pega if you want to automate the processes in your business because it's simple faster with no coding required.

What do you like best about the product?
Development in Pega platform is always business centric and most of the requirements can easily be completed by the out of the box available solutions in pega. Even if you have to customize some things according to your business scenario you can easily do that in fraction of time. Out of the box support for business service levels and approval process is great. Pega Platform also provides application frameworks for industry specific implementation of products which is also great as we can develop our customize requirements on top of that while having most of the application structure to reuse.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pega platform provides extensive guidelines to develop application in pega specified way, i.e avoid guardrails warnings but some requirements are required to invoke warnings in those cases the performance of the application is hampered significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow system for creating customer onboarding for different products is implemented in pega. Pega platform provides us easily configurable development of application in short sprints to develop and deliver product in agile mindset.
Most helpful platform in BPM and IPA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Pega Robotic Studio tool the most. As most of the leading firms are very keen towards switching to Robotic Process Automation.
As the market is growing demand for the resources is growing as well.

The built in business process management functionality which enabled our applications to closely fit our business processes.

It was rather an expensive investment for our small organisation.

Lack of a suitable business process management platform in place at our corporation - Pega's powerful BPM and case management tool set was a great help when it came to implementing our application requirements.
