What do you like best about the product?
Rapid deployment of standard BPM capabilities for targeted Healthcare programs that allowed ability to customize workflows for those user specific needs/requirements. Ability to implement 508 compliant applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to hire Pega Developers who are US citizens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to deploy quickly applications that meet current and future healthcare appeals processes.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to adjust codes to changing business environment. Excellent academy for learning and upgrades of skills
What do you dislike about the product?
high licensing cost? Difficult to retain resources who were trained as they are highly sought after by other companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case management system managing and selling banking products at branches. Using Pega platform had increased product per sale for our frontline.

Range of features for low-code development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of skills in the marketplace. Some additional licensing for components required for real work, such as batch recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still in progress, but we need to make recommendations in real-time to our customers and advisors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Re-check what is included and consider staffing costs.

The platform had a very straightforward tool to build workflow into your application. The user interface was easy to understand.

In a perfect world, a more HTML modern interface for all the components would be favorable.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to create RDA and RPA solutions. We also liked the design studio it seemed very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't feel like the support was there to fix our problems. Everything was troubleshooting and it took too long to get to solutions. Moreover, the product never really worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer solving any. We removed the platform.

Pega is awesome, but there are some issues

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing in Pega is OOTB integrations and other things that allow you to make complicated things in a simple way. That is really awesome benefit, you can concentrate on implementing some logic rather than fixing issues with another fancy framework in traditional programming languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like you can do complicated things in a simple way, simple things often require quite complicated approach. Some UI change which is quite simple in HTML-CSS style could take hours of implementing in a Pega way (and to be honest usually you end up writing custom javascript/html/css/whatever. Also some issues that are not supposed to exist but they do exist - like agent doesn't pick up queue item just because it doesn't and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly some financial solutions. Best benefit as I told before is integrations, that's really a thing .
