Pega is low code platform where the applications in the pega platform can be built very easily and without any single line of code the applications can be built
What do you dislike about the product?
For the low configuration laptops the pega takes it is much difficult to build the applications because pega platform takes more memory and ram so this the only dislike .

APPLICATIONS IN THE PEGA PLATFORM CAN Be very easy with the pega platform we have studios which can be very much useful to build the applications.The pega applications are much secure and much useful

Pega is best Business Process Managment tool in present market which provides various tools for devlopment best software applications for business needs and process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike in it but since it is automation tool while compare applications devloped by coding have more features and less limitations than pega in devlopment

Pega provides best and innovative tools for devloping software application for various market needs and it reduces time of devlopment and its a low code software

I like how it brings much of what I need to do in the day to day right to the table. It is an easy workplace. I like the fluidity of it and how hands on it can be

I wish I had more access to all of the tools. I dont use it a ton, but want to learn more. I believe it can be used with what I do more. Just need training probs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps bring much needed info for leads for me. Sometimes if leads are missing phone numbers it helps me be more productive and makes perofrmance increase a lot.

It was easy to understand and use the conversational analysis tools.

I had trouble connecting my favorite systems to Qurious.

Answering difficult questions in my business like what are people talking about and what's important right now for my business.

Out of the box features of case flows, reporting, sla, openspan bot, integrations with most of the cloud applications like DocuSign, AWS services etc ..

Can solve a lot of use cases for business....but need diligence in deciding where to use it.
Great Software for Co-Browsing
What do you like best about the product?
This software is really helpful for customer service. If a customer needs help or has a question, we can immediately help them with cobrowsing. It is safe as well and you don't need to download anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the software so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of customers having to reach out and be frustrated with their problem. we can fix it before the customer starts getting frustrated. The software is fully secure, so we don't have to worry about information being stolen.

It's a low code platform and easy to use to develop the application in the minimum time period.

It is a little expensive compared to other tool

I like the flexibility that the program gives me to do my day-to-day when it comes to working in the Tech SAAS space. I also know that a ton of colleagues have also benefited hugely as well

I didn't dislike anything if I'm being honest. To speak candidly, you guys really nailed it!

Well the customer expierence is huge when it comes to saling. I like how I can make sure the customer is engaging and taking full advantage of what I am telling them.

I like being able to review my calls, search sort and find other team member calls

UI could be better. It takes a long time to find the calls I'm looking for.
