Development environment little unstable between major version releases.
Better capabilities could have been provided to develop better UI.

I along with my team is bulding an Underwriting an underwriting application for a major insurance player in US. Use of Pega platform in automating business solutions provides plethora of benefits such as
automating end to end case life cycle.

This is an excellent tool for handling BPM and CRM business with an enhanced focus on integrating AI to support next best action (NBA) features in marketing domain.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a claims.management system that's well structured to be used in banking which works well to be integrated and used with other systems for analysis of claims and charge backs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a good system, sometimes comes with learning curve and we need support from the vendor side to understand nuances.
