What do you like best about the product?
Pega is a complete BPM cum CRM product built and designed keeping today's business in mind. Extremely optimized for various industries and highly scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike but i can support system can be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pega, apart from base product, comes up with several industry frameworks in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Government etc. These frameworks are well tested and established and ROI is quite fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Pega for bigger organizations where there are lots of repetitive processes. Great industry offering too.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and scalable solution for claims management. Easy maintenance and minimal training costs than any other solution. Automation workflows are easy to build and way simpler in terms of process. Highly recommend for quicker and faster development
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a pega certified developer and deploy the solution . Though most of the functions are out of box it needs guidance from the partner to complete the deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Warranty claims in the automation industry , claims manamgemt in telecom, health and oil and gas. Control unauthorised access claims and faster claim turnaround with detailed inspection and documentation.

Not a plug and plaything. Need proper Pega certified team or developers so as to get things configured properly.
Pega has its community wherein developers can go and check things but still, there is a whole lot of room for improvement. Deployment needs to be made simpler and needs to be done as part of out of the box functionality.

The configuration is a bit technical, it is not a complaint but a suggestion could improve this and guarantee a high user performance on the platform through the creation of commercial platforms. We have not had significant problems, in fact we reached objectives in a very short time. We consider it to be a good platform compared to the rest.

We use paste to manage trade flows and create applications from one end to the other in a simpler and faster way. We also capture all the details from clients about their problems and tag them in claims. Our work team obtains optimal performance with fluidity in its tasks through tools and functions such as dashboards and reports. We must also emphasize that we can add, eliminate or change any type of process on the fly, with this we save a lot of time that we channel in other areas and thus boost the exponential growth of our company.
